If you need estimate in advance, they charge to document work scope and materials as required for CC&R compliance. Better to pay as you go? On bright side, they asserted this up front. Sounded reluctant to come out for estimate. She confirmed this with admin, so here's a perception they're no longer looking for new business.

I was already extremely happy with the landscape design and the workmanship, but as everything comes into greater bloom, I am even more pleased every day. Eddy was very creative, the workers went above and beyond in the installation, and the price was exactly per the estimate. I am so pleased that I am having additional work done by them.

I had a wonderful experience with Cherry landscaping. I wanted to completely redo the backyard of our home. I contacted four different landscape companies for bids; two of them were outrageously expensive, one was outrageously inexpensive which concerned me, and Cherry was extremely reasonable. The work was done promptly, thoroughly, and the clean up was excellent. Eddie, the owner, came out to see the scope of the project and made some suggestions that saved me money. They also are the company that maintains the common areas of our HOA. Couldn't be happier!

I had these guys come out and replace some of my trees and shrubs three out of the four shrubs were infested with some other type of weed and had to be pulled out the fourth shrub died. The tree that was planted is the same size as it was when they originally planted it. When contacting them about this it was like pulling teeth and they did not take responsibility. Will never use these people again. Very rude and unprofessional. Had to have a new landscaping company come out and fix the mess.

I am truly disgusted with the way I was treated by Eddie. I wanted to get an estimate for our property. Our HOA is in need of a new landscaper. I was told Eddie would be there between 10am and 11am by 11:05 he was still not here so I went about my day. When his secretary called to tell me he would be late, I told her I was no longer available. I figured we would reschedule however Eddie called a little while later saying he had looked around the property and wanted to ask a few questions.
He then began to get upset saying what I was requesting was not enough. I asked him what he thought was best and that really set him off. He started yelling about how we can't afford what we need, which isn't true. I hadn't provided him with a budget. I am aware for such a large property we need to spend more than most expect too. After he yelled for a minute, I told him not to bother submitting a bid. I still don't know why he was yelling.

Avoid using Cherry Landscape! We have been trying for more than a week (through both email and phone calls) to secure a date for a simple tree trim and this company can't seem to respond. If you have the misfortune of communicating with Beverly, that may in fact be the last time you hear from this company re: contracts, scheduling, or billing.
This is the most unprofessional group of people. Do yourself a favor and avoid contact with Cherry Landscape (although one doesn't need to try avoiding them since they avoid communicating with potential clients). We have since found a reliable landscaper on craigslist.
