Controlled Rain put in a sprinkler system in my front yard, and drip irrigation in my flower beds. My lawn had been so damaged by the extreme heat last year, I thought it would need resodding, but they were the only company that gave me an honest estimate by saying I didn't need it. They simply fixed it up in the process of laying the irrigation system, reseeded, and fertilized. The result was a vibrant lawn and garden that has lasted through the summer. I am really pleased with the work that they did, and highly recommend them.

4 star businesses do good work, 5 star businesses take care of their customers and resolve problems. I had a repair job that didn't go perfectly, sometimes things happen. I discussed the problem with the owner and he went above and beyond what as needed to resolve the situation. Unfortunately I was not in a good place of mind when I wrote my first review, now I regret it. Controlled Rain deserves a 5 star rating.

My house was built in 1926 and sometime in the 50s a sprinkling system was installed. I consider it to be delicate due to age, old pipes and depth of of top soil built-up. Growing increasingly frustrated with old brass sprinkler-heads and constant breakdowns, I called Controlled Rain. I am so happy with their outstanding service. From "T" at the front desk, to Kyle, who has a complete understanding of the old system and how to get the most out of some additions and adjustments. I am amazed and so disappointed I waited so long to "call in the professionals." Thank you Controlled Rain, for your continued five-star service.

As always, Controlled Rain does the job quickly and right! This summer they added some irrigation to our garden and put my flower pots on the deck on irrigation. This saved me time all summer by no having to manually water all my deck plants. They take care of our business just as well! I highly recommend Controlled Rain!

I cannot believe this company is still in business. They never returned my phone calls, after 3 weeks they finally called me back and did a job for me the following week. They said they did a start up, but the irrigation system is not working properly and the lawn is dry and brown. I called them back after I paid them in full to ask what was happening and still no response 2 weeks later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
