Used Puget Sound Landscaping on a large project at our previous home and we were happy with the result. They were therefore our go-to when we decided to do some landscaping at our new home. Sadly, after leaving a couple messages, and speaking with two different people at their office, they failed to return any of our calls. A simple call from them stating they were too busy to accept new work, or maybe they just don't like our money, would have been preferable to them ghosting us.

Love how the project turned out! Roland was very patient with my process for plant selection and extremely helpful with layout and design. The crew was extremely hard working, pleasant, and skilled. Would definitely recommend Puget sound landscaping and plan to call them back when I decide to tackle the back yard!

We had our 7500 sqft lawn hydroseeded 3 weeks ago over new top soil we installed. Watered every day as directed. Most of the lawn has grown in nicely but we experienced large spots of no growth. we think due to lack of seed. We called and a rep came out to inspect. He called us liars saying we had not watered in 3-4 days. How disrepectful! Obviously we are watering. the rest of the lawn is growing!
He offered to send a truck over to touch up the lawn when they we're out. This was on a Monday. No contact all week. No touch up. Called Friday afternoon and the rep said the say things over again. Called me a lair and then proceeded to lie to me saying they haven't done any seeding jobs all week. They did drop a small 1 pound bag of seed off at our front door.
So much for a lush beautiful lawn. This has turned into a DIY project! So at 10 cents a square foot this cost us over $816 for a patchy weed infested lawn. Conclusion for now. STAY AWAY. WE'LL UPDATE IF ANYTHING CHANGES!
