Arbor Care Tree Service & Landscaping

This is a very good company! I would definitely recommend them! It is always nice to deal with respectful people.

We have had Arbor Care trim/remove our trees over the last few years. They are reliable, on time, friendly, and do a great job. This year, we weren't home when they finished trimming our ficus trees, so we weren't able to tell them we wanted more of the branches removed. Arbor Care came back to our house and trimmed the trees to our specifications! Very professional company and I highly recommend them.

Very happy with all the work that has been done so far. They called like promised and set up our yearly trimming on our fruit trees. The initial work with the probiotics and mulch made a huge difference in the trees and I'm sure the trimming will make our next years yield nice.

We would not hesitate to work with them in the future. They offered a competitive quote, were fast and left our backyard cleaner then when they got here. They were also very informed and helped identify the trees in our new backyard and provide care institutions.

Had to get 2 larger trees to be trimmed back and have smaller holly in the backyard trimmed. When the team came out and trimmed the trees, I was happy with the results. They were thinned out properly for the season and even more importantly they were shaped as well so future growth could be adjusted. After trim, the clean-up by the crew was good as well as they removed all the extra trimmings and blew out the area just in case as well to keep everything clean looking.

The only thing keeping the service from being 4 stars was the fact that I was told that they could manage to fit me in the schedule in the morning however after a bit they told me I was scheduled for the afternoon instead. I told them that I adjusted my schedule planning on the original committed time but it looked like the person that I was in touch with just said that's a tough break and live with the new time or have to push out again by several months. I would recommend this company for the work crew themselves by yea the customer service commitment and how that was handled was less than stellar.

Quoted for 4 palms to be removed. Like 5k. I'm sure they'd do it safe but. damn. Did not do business with them but I'm sure they'd do a great job.

Arbor Care removed three trees from our home, one very close to the house and two very close to a block wall. I was not sure how they'd do this in tight quarters, but they didn't even hesitate and had them all removed incredibly quickly (one with the help of a nimbly-maneuvered crane truck). They were reasonably-priced (in line with other estimates I received), very easy to work with (via text), and super polite. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

They did a wonderful job I sent them a picture of the tree I wanted removed and when I was out of town for the weekend I came home it was gone no stump nothing. Could've been more happy

This is the 3rd time we have used Arbor Care for tree trimming our large yard. They listen to your concerns and do a great job. I've lived for 8 years in my house in Gilbert, and never hired out tree service, so it was long overdue. The Arbor Care guys were great. They swooped in like ninjas, climbed high into my palo verdes and trimmed those suckers down. Like the Edward Scissorhands of arborists, they were done in just over an hour. It was worth every dollar (a competitive, fair price for these 2 monsters). Definitely recommended!

After recently moving I noticed that two large trees in our backyard were looking rough and we needed some professional help with them. I submitted a request for quotes through Yelp and Arbor Care was one of the companies that responded. They were able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem (one tree was dead and needed a full removal and the other needed to be trimmed).

After receiving quotes from Arbor Care and two other companies, we went with Arbor Care and I'm so glad with did. They were great with communication, very professional, and did the job right!

Arbor Care is an excellent company! Art and his crew were here this morning and perfectly trimmed all four of my mature and very tall palm trees. They also took down a dying octotillo cactus in my front yard that was very large as it had been in my yard since 1980. With all of the services they provided they did an outstanding job. The crew was very friendly and they worked quickly and efficiently.

They also went the extra mile and cleaned up debris around my trees that was not a result of their work here today. Art said that they are a full service company. Tom and his crew have performed exceptional work for us for over 10 years. We have an 80' Eucalyptus tree and very large Arizona Mesquite. Below both trees we have a great number of specimen cacti and succulents. Their team of professionals cut and trim our trees beautifully and have never harmed any of the specimen plants. Each team member is courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

When Daniel couldn't help us with our sick ficus tree, he provided a great referral to help our tree. He even gave us the biz phone number and advised that we ask the tree service for a evaluation. Thank you!

Arbor Care gave us a very good quote and did a great job of thinning out our huge bottle brush tree. They told us that they were booked out for a few weeks, but i was willing to wait. I never did meet them since they did the work while I was at work, but all went well. I would highly recommend these folks. They cleaned up the site very well with no damage. Payment made over the phone. So all very easy.

They cost me a day from work, and I don't have anything to show for it. They were supposed to come out Friday afternoon to "scope out the work" and required me to take a day off from work. The work is to remove 2 large, live trees and 5 stumps. At Friday noon, I got a text message saying their arboriest got sick and went home. I offered several other times to meet (Saturday, or any day before 9AM), but they don't support appointments outside noon-4PM, Mon-Fri. (They're also fixated on Tuesday afternoons, and kept suggesting that even after I said I couldn't make Tuesday's.) I guess they don't need any more business.

I gave Arborcraft a call after getting a really high quote from another company for trimming a single tree. Arborcraft came out to my house for a free estimate only a couple days after my initial call, and then scheduled the work for later that same week with an great quote. Robert and Anthony came out to do the trimming the mesquite tree and did an amazing job.

I was super worried about getting the tree trimmed because I loved the natural look of the tree, but it had some dead wood, a broken limb, and was scratching the house. Robert and Anthony were sure to ask me exactly what I wanted done and then took my request to heart and did an amazing job cleaning up the tree but keeping the natural look I loved.

Now my tree looks even better and I know it is in a healthy state for the spring! If I need another tree trimmed I will be calling this company back because I know they will ask me what I want done and then use their professional knowledge to complete that request to the best of their abilities.

I would give them 10 stars! This is the most awesome service ever! I requested quotes on Angie's List and they contacted me in less than an hour. I sent them a picture and description of what I wanted. I got a price quote almost immediately. The office contacted me with an appointment date, they called me the day before with an approximate time, they called 15 minutes before arrival and completed the job complete with cleanup in an hour. 5 Guys who obviously knew what they were doing.

In and out amazing work, great guys! I wish they also did landscaping, now that I have the tree and stumps out I have a blank canvas to work with. I highly recommend this company, i got 6 estimates, and amazingly they were the lowest and I have to believe BEST! Seriously they saved me enough to start landscaping my big empty back yard.

Reached out on Yelp for a tree service due to storm damage. Had 5 companies reach out. 3 provided estimates. Arbor Care made it easy via text. They did everything they said & showed up early to take care of us. Everyone from office staff to the arborist had excellent customer service. Appreciated the contactless communication! These guys are amazing! I hired them to trim my very overgrown olive tree. They got here with a big crew, chipper, truck. The crew made fast work of the tree and finished in 45 minutes! One climbed and trimmed, while others trimmed the lower parts and put the branches in the chipper. They cleaned up and made the tree look wonderful! They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company! I'll have them back again for sure!

Arbor Care gave me an honest and fair quote to remove 2 large palm trees. They were the best price bar none, the quality was phenomenal. Not only did they cut down my trees, clean up, and haul it all away. Anything that fell into my neighbors yard was also cleaned up by their employees. Arbor Care came out today and was professional and did a great job. They cut down a very large tree in a matter of 30 mins and it was gone and cleaned up! They cost was very reasonable. I 100% recommend them for any tree removal, you'll get a great value and professional crew.

I had 3 medium/large trees they trimmed and one small tree removed. They did a good job of removing the tree but the trimming was subpar. A couple months after they finished, my HOA sent me a letter telling me I needed to trim my tree! So by looking at the tree, it wasn't obvious they actually did any work. They also broke a couple glass tiki torches I had and didn't tell me about it, I found out myself when my kids almost stepped on the glass. I would not use them again.

Due to the summer heat, one of our trees died. We had to have it removed, and unfortunately one of our gas lines was right next to it. (Picture included on how close the gas line was to the trunk.) These guys did a great job on removing the tree and trimming the others on our lot. They were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be using them again.

I bought a house and there was a dead full-size tree in the front yard and a dead stump in the back yard. They gave me a quote by sending them pictures of the tree and stump, they called shortly after I told them I wanted to proceed with their services and booked me right away. They showed up right on time and was done and cleaned up within an hour. Granted it's Covid-19 time, so they probably don't have much else to do, but they were prompt, quick, and professional, they also gave me the best price quote from any other tree removal professionals.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST! We needed to have 6 mature 40-ft high acacia trees "carefully" removed from between commercial buildings. We got quotes from 6 TOP RATED companies. When DANIEL from Arbor Care came out he gave us an estimate immediately that was very competitive. It was almost half of the other companies. He scheduled the job to be done a few days later, and called the day before to confirm. ART and his crew arrived exactly as scheduled with their equipment.

The workers were very energetic and professional and got right to work. In less than 3 hours the 6 trees were gone and all the debris and branches were ground up. The guys left the ground cleaner than it was when they arrived! ART and his crew have an excellent work ethic and do a proud job. I will use them from now on.

Well I said I'd come back to them and here we are! Less than 3 months later we had another limb fall on our house so it's time for this 6.5 story tree to come down! These guys are amazing- they planned and executed the take down perfectly. It's sad really, but it's too dangerous with the amount of limbs that keep falling. No crane needed at all.

Tie offs, supports all of it - pure precision. Owner sent over their insurance paperwork as well the week before the job. The amount of work with the clean up was massive and they completed it in a timely fashion and were in and out before we even knew it! The drop was unreal! Thanks Arbor care!
