Asked them to give me a bid to redo our existing front landscaping. I instead received their plan to significantly increase the amount of landscaping in my front yard. Also, their plan did not address the cost of redoing our irrigation which I had asked for. As their plan cost was way over I went with another landscaper. They then wanted to charge me for their plan even though we never discussed having any fee for their bid.

Not only was this is most expensive, and poor job I have ever experienced. The customer service is terrible. Hard to reach, and after I stated it looked very poor for the 7k i spent. They wanted to charge me more for plants that died that they just put in. Its a total racket. I also should have asked my neighbors for a reference, apparently this is known in my neighborhood

Never heard of this company until yesterday. I currently live in an apartment complex and don't have any current landscaping needs. If I did though, I would call this place first. Here is why. When hiring anyone for work, especially for labor, you want to go with someone you can trust. Yesterday my car broke down. I was on my way to taking my 11yr old out for his 11th birthday dinner.
I was trying to push my car off the main road to get it out of traffic, but I am just one man pushing a car in Texas in July, when many passer bys just kept going. Understandable on them. However, DFW 4 Seasons Landscape pulled over as soon as they realized I was in need of help and they could help. The driver Brandon ran over and so did his helper, and with their extra help they helped push my car to safety.
Truly appreciate their help. Imagine if you need landscaping work done by honest people who won't rip you off, if they will go out of their way to help a complete stranger without any expectation of anything in return, imagine the type of work they'll do for someone who hires them. Thanks SO much guys!
