My Dad worked for this company his best for 34yrs. After a unexpected blister he had to have sirgurie on at amd was away for 1month. He was still able to perform an excellent work both fiscally and mentally with his past years of knowledge. The company decided not to take him back even know Dr. Said it was ok for him to return. In his entire work time years he only had 3 weeks of vacation total, owner will claim that business was going slow to denied my dad's benefits.
My father went and ask for his last week vacation to be paid as he aceptes been fired He denied to pay him his week of vacation. Neither consider giving him a gratitude. He didn't even bother to send a Thank you note. (I hope my story helps you decide on a company that worries on the employee well being after all employees are the ones who do most of the work for a business.
Thank you Update 04/18 My father passed on Nov/2017 The loss of his job broke him down, because he still need it his job to support his family, since he was not offer a retirement plan thru this company. This miserable company didn't even send a condolences card to my mother. My father didn't want to go legal on them because he was a gentleman and man of word. Please hire a diferent company who consider employees equally amd follows the law regardless of business productivity. Thank you (in memory of SERBANDO)
