We built a backyard with a 15x30 pool, 9x9 spa, fire pit, and a lot of travertine through Blooming Vista in 2020. Skylar was a breeze to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely communicative. We recommend Blooming Vista to all of our friends, and if we build another backyard we will be calling to hire them again!

I have had Blooming Vista design and landscape two yards, build a pergola, water feature, built in BBQ's and build a pool/spa. They are professional, on time, produce excellent quality, and finish the job to perfection. We loved our first yard from Blooming Vista so much that when we sold and built another house we hired Sean again and were not disappointed!
I think that speaks volumes when someone hires a contractor for a major project twice. If we ever moved again (hope not lol) I would hire him a third time. He makes our yard look like a resort! Amazing work!

We highly recommend Blooming Vista for any pool, hardscape or landscape project you might have. Sean was wonderful to work with. From the design through the end of the project, he was well organized and everything was on-time. His crew was courteous, neat and excellent at what they do. The final outcome far exceeded our expectations!

Sean and Skylar offer top-notch customer service. All employees are polite, hard-working individuals that provide a quality job from beginning to end. In today's busy world it's nice to know that hard work and commitment to a job well-done still exist. We'd highly recommend Blooming Vista for consideration when planning your landscaping.

Blooming Vista is absolutely top-notch. Not only are they everything listed above, Sean also has an artistic eye for garden and hardscape space. They also are very careful with HOA requirements and codes. We've used them twice-first for our new build landscaping, then two years later for additions. Always professional and responsive, Blooming Vista goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Blooming Vista does quality work, period. We couldn't meet with Sean because we hadn't yet moved to AZ and handled everything from long distance. But the communication was excellent and he handled any questions and concerns we had quickly and effectively. I'm writing this review while sitting in our beautiful backyard patio and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Based on my experience so far, I am confident that Blooming Vista will handle any follow-up issues efficiently and to our total satisfaction.

We chose Blooming Vista to do the landscape on our new home and pool in San Tan Valley, AZ. We made a great choice. My wife is an interior designer and had a very specific vision for our yard and pool. Sean and his crew made that vision a reality at a fair price for their high quality work. Well done!

For Landscaping Design & Installation, you can't beat Sean Alexander's Blooming Vista Crew. He has great ideas and will work with you and your budget to achieve a landscape you will be comfortable with to surround your home. And, if a sprinkler gets broken or you need help setting a timer, etc., Sean will have one of his crew come to your rescue as soon as possible. Needless to say, we are very happy with this young man and the way he does business.

We used Blooming Vista to landscape our new home. We gave them our "concepts" and Sean came up with a beautiful design and he and his team did a fantastic job. They were there to start the job the day after closing and had it done on time with no cost overruns! We highly recommend Blooming Vista. Great company to work with!

We really appreciated his whole crew and felt they did an amazing job! Our finished project turned out as beautiful as we imagined in our minds. We highly recommend Blooming Vista!

Our experience with Sean and his professional landscapers and pool builders has been nothing short of excellent. Not only did they stay on track for a mid summer build that you would expect a delay but his staff and workers are friendly and clean up each day. Sean will respond to any question and need in a few minutes. Sean enjoys what he does and it show.
That is what we want. A passionate pool builder that enjoys what he does. They are very competitively priced because they are well organized, efficient in what they do, and timely as I have stated.

DO NOT HIRE BLOOMING VISTA LANDSCAPING AND POOLS!! These guys are shady at best.
Steer clear of Blooming Vista!! During the sales stage, they will promise you that you will be happy with their work and they back up what they say. Once the contract is signed, good luck!
Blooming Vista planning people will not return calls, and you have to do the leg work in order to get anything done.
We were supposed to have a copy of the plans from their CAD people within a week or so, but it took about four months... only after repeatedly hounding the salesman and the owner of this company. Once they started the job, I felt like I was the project manager. Phone calls went unanswered, appointments were missed by Blooming Vista personnel, and I had to constantly stay on them about getting things done on-time with the subcontractors.
I shouldn't have been the one handling these things. There were several infuriating moments during the construction of our pool. One of the most egregious was the installation of a temporary pool fence around the perimeter. They had measured, specified, and priced a fence that would go around the perimeter of the pool. When it came time to install the fence, they wanted to run a single length of fence from the house to the bordering wall in the back of the yard.
I explained that the plans called for a fence to go around the pool, not cut my backyard in half. They stated that the fence wasn't planned that way. I had to produce a copy of the swimming pool plans and the price list showing the total amount of fencing, needed to surround the pool, was indeed in the contract and priced on the price list. Once the fence was installed in accordance with the plans, they installed a second gate without my knowledge and permission, and then they tried to charge me $350 for the second gate.
When I argued that I didn't order a second gate, they told me that I was present during the installation and that I approved it. I told them that was impossible because I was in Jacksonville Florida on business the day the fence was installed and I can prove it through my company records. They then "back-pedaled" on the issue, and the owner of Blooming Vista asked me if I verbally approved a second gate.
I stated that I had not, nor had I signed anything accepting a $350 payment for a second gate. Once we talked to the pool project manager, he admitted that he thought a second gate would be "nice to have," so he told the fencing guy to put the second gate in. That is only the tip of the iceberg. I also had a Spa Heater, Fire Pit, and BBQ installed, and Blooming Vista failed to spec the gas line properly.
As a result, I cannot run all three things concurrently. Their answer was, "Well if you wanted a bigger line for the gas requirements, then you would have had to pay more money." Really? When they sold me the products, they said that everything would work together. I could go on about Blooming Vista, but I am running short on space here.
The bottom line is that Blooming Vista doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I talked to Paula from Moon Valley Nursery--they have supplied plants for Blooming Vista. She said the same thing. Her comment, "They don't know what they're doing, that's why they're having so many problems."
I would never hire Blooming Vista again. Their personnel are smug and full of contempt for the customer.
I'd been having warranty issues since the project was complete, and I had to do all the leg-work in order to get things done. I paid $70K for a complete landscape AND pool package. I did my homework before hiring them, but there was not any bad information about this company. I have decided to change that so that someone else won't have to deal with the headaches I went through by hiring Blooming Vista.
