NWL damaged living plants, damaged a tree in my yard, and killed a bush when spraying for weeds. I came to an agreement to have additional work done they did not follow through. I called today and was treated rudely and unprofessionally. They seem bothered when I asked for a number to call the manager and when I asked for an address for their office I was told to "Google it". Done.

IN 2020 I paid NWL to come and do a pre-emergent spray on my yard, the tech sprayed all over my plants, vines and bushes.killing them all. I was told last year I would get a credit. I called in today to use that credit (re-spray the yard) and have them do extra paid services. I was told there is no note and that I would have to pay for what I was told would be credited. No manager call back. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were busy and in meetings. Hours later again NO callback.

This company is used by our HOA. They constantly break irrigation equipment or leave irrigation running when they leave. But that's actually the minor annoyance compared to the fact that the ONLY tool they use the entire time they work on this complex is a WEEDWACKER. They trim everything with it, EVERYTHING, including freaking trees. Now maybe that's efficient for them but having them wander around the complex for THREE HOURS WITH MULTIPLE WEEDWACKERS CONSTANTLY RUNNING IS PAINFULLY LOUD. They're too lazy to use the proper tools and aggravate everyone nearby in the process.

We used NW Landscaping for weed control and could not be happier. They were professional and answered all of my questions quickly. They are booked out in advanced so don't expect next day service. They have a full schedule.

Before friday, i Worked there for 3+ yrs. Best experience was the people i had the pleasure to actually work side by side with.

Critical: Punctuality Good luck getting a quote or anything from them. 3 calls trying to get an appointment for some weeding and spraying over 2 weeks and no appointment for even a quote.

They never showed up for their appointment. I guess they have enough customers.

Too bad you can't give zero or negative stars. We emailed the supervisor of the crew coming to our house informing them that the crew was spending 35 minutes at our house and charging us for 2 hours. In addition we wrote to the supervisor that at 7am one morning the workers were looking in our bathroom windows as my wife got dressed. We asked to speak with the supervisor about our concerns.

Today we get a letter saying that after reviewing our account it was not financially feasible to keep servicing us and it being "in the best interest of all parties to cancel any future scheduled visits." They didn't even bother to sign the letter! No follow up about our complaints, just cut off the service. I find it funny that it wasn't feasible for them when we asked for weekly service they could only do monthly or every other week.

So we originally offered to make it feasible and they turned it down. Horrible company. Dishonest. Questionable employee behavior. No accountability or integrity. Draft a letter and the problem is solved in their minds.

A pleasure to work with. All the employees were pleasant. They did exactly what we hired them to do. We would use this company again.

One of their drivers broke my windshield of my van when they were illegally carrying an un-tarped load down Avra Valley road. The owner refuses to take resposibility and will not fix it. I would never hire such an unethical company to work on my property! What if they broke something at your home?
