Love this place. Great selection and prices. This hanging basket was only $50.00. I usually make my own but this one was so pretty and it would cost me more to make one.

The plants are gorgeous for sure. But the customer service is lacking! We spent $365 on plants. When we were getting checked out, they overlooked one plant. Which is fine, we paid for it as we should. But the checkout out lady insisted that they wouldn't have missed it had we organized our plants in the cart better! Really?! We just spent a chunk of money! Larger older lady with long gray/blonde hair and glasses needs to be fired! Or sent to some classes on customer service!

LADIES If you want shop here for plants don't go without a man, any one's man. You will get service! I won't go without one, even if I know more about the plants! This is a male dominant landscape contractor place. Regular customer, have a better chance just hanging out. Although Minors employ females, being female as a non- contactor " your invisible ".

You get overlooked, ask a question, better off asking the plant. Do your homework, know exactly what you want, size, color, quantity, going off script, change your mind and instantly YOUR INVISIBLE AGAIN! Invisible, P.

I have always enjoyed the experience of Minor's. My Mother and Grandma used to bring me along when they shopped so I guess it just passed its way down like an heirloom.

I found everything I needed! The staff were very helpful and could point me to what I was looking for immediately. I loved the selection of plants in the greenhouses. It was very hard not to buy everything.

We absolutely love Minor's and are already looking forward to going back. Excellent variety on garden plants (including organic) and annuals, perennials. We found plenty of varieties of peppers and tomatoes we have not seen elsewhere. Fair prices and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Worst people, especially the manager. We were there a few years ago and got some trees of which one was dying and eventually died. We had a hard time selecting. There was a new guy who was very helpful and in gratitude I shook his hand before saying bye. The manager came to me and said "I saw what you did" like I did something wrong and made the whole experience weird. I wish he didn't interfere!

Loved shopping here! All of the staff was great, and the selection was excellent! Quinn was very nice and even drove me around for twenty minutes and showed me their stock to help me find something that interested me! Now that's what I call service! Micah was excellent with his service of helping me load my vehicle. The rest of the staff was very kind and knew what they were talking about when I would ask for help. Definitely going to be coming back here.

I purchased 7 Little Bobo Hydraenga shrubs last July. I bought these on the recommendation of two of their staff people. I was very specific that these would be planted in a shaded area; I even showed them a picture of the area. When I bought the plants they were in full bloom. I watered them regularly. In spring of this year, they all came back but only 2 had blooms.

When I called Minor's they were of little help. They would not honor their one year warranty because the shrubs had not died. I went to Steins and shared my story. Immediately, the horticulturist said that Bobos will not flower in a shaded area, they need sun. When I called Minor's back and told them of my conversation with Stein's, the manager said that " they're telling me what I want to hear".

I will be pulling out the seven shrubs next year and will be purchasing more shrubs that will fit the area, but certainly not from Minors. Incidentally, Steins has a two year warranty as opposed to Minors 1 year.

I'd give it a 5 for variety, if it were easier to find anything. Unfortunately I went on a Saturday in May and the place was packed. No staff to answer a question or help find something. They need paper maps available! The place is huge. I found myself wondering around with a cart looking for a specific tree. Before giving up, I flagged down a couple employees driving by.

The one who spoke English directed me to the general vicinity. After finding the tree I managed to get the same guys to stop and they helped transport it up to the front. A good tip-NEVER go to Minor's on a Saturday and wear some old boots-the aisles were muddy. Their ads are misleading & many of the employees I've encountered don't know what's going on. There are better places to spend your money where you feel appreciated. I don't plan on going back!

My wife and I were looking to plant a birch and oak tree in our yard. After being floored by the prices to pay someone to do it, we set out on the hunt to do it ourselves. Minor's had an amazing selection of trees; we spent a few hours across multiple trips browsing their tree selection to make sure we had the right trees. Whenever we had questions, the guys at the information booth were available and helpful in getting us the answers.

When it was time to buy, they gave us plenty of time and patience as we walked the property to pick our trees, making sure we were picking the right trees. We had the trees delivered. The delivery guys were friendly. We asked them to place the trees nearer our chosen locations, and even though that's not what we designated upon purchase, they maneuvered them without fuss very close to where the trees were planted.

This was immensely helpful as the trees were bigger and heavier than we could have handled ourselves from our driveway. Plus, the delivery truck was an old, repurposed fire truck, which my 6 year old was excited about. Overall a great experience, now hopefully we can keep the trees alive and well!

My mother bought flowers here back in the early 1970's! Minors has evolved since then into a beautiful nursery with many more gardening options. My granddaughters loved all the flowers, decorations & water features. We found a wonderful smiley face pot to welcome visitors. This is their first time planting flowers and they loved it.

I usually like my experience at Minors. The flow of patrons is organized so incoming customers can get by those waiting to check out. Mid morning on Monday, the impatiens had not been restocked so I had to make an adjustment in my color choices. The remaining stock was healthy so that was fine. I felt that the checkout was a little brusque. I realize that the cashier wants to move the line, although there wasn't anyone behind me.

I get that chit chat with customers who love gardening and are dropping a hundred dollars or more might be a delicate balance in keeping everyone in line happy but a little warmth might be a nice touch.

This place is a dream for anyone who wants indoor plants, outdoor plants, bushes, perennials, annuals, tropical flowers, evergreens, trees, gardening accessories. the list goes on. Great prices and an insanely good selection.

We have bought several shrubs from Minor's over the years and they never disappoint! We were in the store last week and Noah was great to work with. This morning, the delivery guys were super friendly too. Thanks again for the great service and helping us to make our yard look it's best!

Great selection, I walked around for a long time looking at all of the choices. I couldn't find what I was looking for, I asked someone and they walked me to the selection! They didn't have what I wanted but told me to check back in another season. I asked where else I could look at they even gave me several places to look! Incredibly helpful and charming.
