Eddie the owner is great guy I bought 65 big trees from him he beats all other 17 companies in pricing you cannot go wrong by getting your plants from here. He grows organic peppers, tomatoes and other fresh veggies also coconut trees and avocado trees. Wonderful experience. Huge nursery.

I purchased a plant from this business at the 2022 Green Thumb event. Make sure you get a receipt! I returned a plant 5 minutes after learning that the plant was toxic to pets. Would not return my money and told me I had credit to spend instead of refunding my $20.00 cash payment. I went back the next day Sunday 04-24-22 and they couldn't recall me. Seriously? Be wary of doing business with these people.

We love Sunscape. So helpful and reasonably priced. We've used them for two projects and couldn't be happier.

This is what tree and plant heaven must look like! What a lovely plant nursery. I went in looking for several plants and not only was the associate I think her name was Michelle, I believe, was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me picked the best variegated Ginger and the most gorgeous giant bird of paradise. One of the associates even helped me to load everything in my car. They were both very helpful and friendly. I look forward to coming back very soon for more lovely plants!

This is one of my favorite nurseries on the planet. Michelle and Steve are awesome and super knowledgeable. The crew that helps with the day to day are super kind and funny. Steve and Michelle are very helpful, creative, full of ideas, and affordable. We are doing a major backyard renovation and not only that they suggest ideas, but they brought the trees out, planted them, and helped us with accessory planting. They have a huge selection, the plants are all healthy, and better prices than you'll find at the big box. And you get both of the expertise of many years and many Garden business. Highly Recommend!

This spot is a GEM! Beautiful palms, fruit trees, and plants galore. I happened upon Sunscape after finally giving up on a Facebook marketplace seller who flaked on our meeting time for the third time. Sunscape couldn't have been a more perfect find. Their property is a slice of paradise in the middle St. Pete. I'm big into lush beautiful landscaping, and I've been to numerous nurseries and wholesalers all around Tampa Bay.this place is awesome!

Upon arriving I was greeted by Michelle. I told her I wanted to look around and she wasn't pushy, but gave me a quick overview of the property and let me know she'd be there to assist if I had any questions. After a few minutes of meandering around, I came back to Michelle with a few questions and to get some professional advice. My girlfriend and I just had a new pool installed and we were looking to landscape the backyard and pool border with a nice, tropical vibe.

I wasn't planning on doing the full scope of the project all at once, but after discussing things with Michelle and showing her pictures of my backyard and the pool, we connected on a grand vision for the project. It was a legit meeting of the minds and I knew Sunscape was the spot to make this vision happen. Michelle walked property with me, broke down what palms and plants would work design-wise, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had some of the healthiest and best looking palms in town, at super reasonable prices.

After an hour, we had it all laid out. I was stoked! We hit the office and Steve (the owner), the young lad with glasses (sorry I forgot your name), Michelle, and I wrapped up the details and set the delivery and install for later that week. Steve and his install crew arrived a few days later with a trailer full of palms, on time, and ready to go.

They were quick to install the larger palms and place the rest so that my Dad and I could finish it up. They were helpful in answering questions, and cleaned up after they were done. I was thoroughly pleased and couldn't have asked for more. Now we've got the outdoor speakers hooked up, Jimmy Buffett playing, and we're enjoying a nice margarita poolside in our new tropical oasis If you're looking to upgrade your landscape, add some palms/trees, or just want to walk through a beautiful oasis in St. Pete for inspiration, definitely check these folks out. This is my favorite place to visit the staff and owners are very pleasant and helpful in making your choices. Prices and quality are so much better than Home Depot or Lowe's. This place is a must stop and shop!

I was fortunate to receive a gift certificate to this place for a wedding gift otherwise I may not have found it. We had a new screen room put in and our cats love it and loved eating the plants, unfortunately the plants were not good for them so we needed to find lots that were. Josie welcomed us and understood what we needed right away and brought in Susan.

They were very patient and helpful in picking out all kinds of beautiful and non toxic plants for our room. It started with this majestic palm which we love from inside and out. Thank you both for your time on a Friday afternoon!

Over the years I have purchased two trees from Sunscape. Both were great experiences. I spent a lot of time talking with the tree experts about my options and was grateful for how patient they were with me. The installation and delivery cost was very reasonable and worth the money.

This was my first time at a plant and tree nursery and all I can say was that it was the most relaxing experience ever. I was so shocked to see how huge the place was. I believe one of the workers there said it was almost 3 acres? wow! The selection was huge and it was super affordable. Everyone working there was so nice! Especially Amy! Thanks Amy! Thank goodness I didn't stop anywhere else. I'm definitely coming back! Also, when I shop local, I just feel great! :

Sunscape Inc. Plant & Tree Nursery, CR 16, St. Petersburg is a phenomenal experience. We were greeted by a pleasant and knowledgeable employee named Kyle. He couldn't be more patient and professional helping us pick out a very healthy Christmas Palm. We were then introduced to the manager Sherri who was equally pleasant & professional and were assisted with the purchase of a beautiful Norfolk Pine.

This is a company whose employees are passionate about their work and deliver the best customer service because of the passion they have for their products. Prices were fair and included delivery & installation. We'll definitely be using them again and again. Thank you.

Update: Special Shoutout to Jeremy! He delivery all my plants and he is a wealth of information and stellar service. Everything was 10 STARS! Previously: Great place to buy plants for your home lawn and garden. The quality and variety are the best in Tampa Bay - MUCH better than the home improvement stores or garden centers around St. Pete. You can get lawn cover, houseplants, herbs, flowers, hanging baskets, garden knick-knacks, and the best is 7 Gallon plus LARGE Plants at insanely low prices.

I left with several 7 gallon Night Blooming Jasmines and Grand Jasmines. I can't wait to go back. The place does seem very busy and it was just before 8 AM. They are less formal and let you look. They do greet you but don't follow you around. I think they are too busy loading trucks for that. They seem to have everything and the largest selection of plants over 7 gallons that I have seen!

They also have other services like drop off, planting and more. I like that they will recommend plants and the staff is phenomenal! Sherry also walk me around and helped me choose the best jasmine for my yard and it is GORGEOUS! Definitely going back. It's worth the drive. I would also follow them on Facebook they offer a lot of tips and specials!

I just discovered Sunscape. This is the best nursery in the Bay Area. They have a wide selection of plants and trees. The staff is also really helpful and knowledgeable. Don't buy anything until you talk to Sunscape. So happy to have them in the area.

Best place to buy your palms and plants. Staff (Alex, Steve, and the rest of them) is very knowledgeable on their huge selection. They were willing to walk me around the facility helping me select plants that met criteria I had established (drought tolerant, sun tolerant, etc). I went in, spent $100 and was able to fill in my front yard pretty well. I'll be back soon after I plan the next step.

Very well run establishment. I recommend going during the week as they can get very busy on Saturday. I advise against Palm Trees Direct. I was treated very poorly and salespeople are VERY pushy as they are paid on commission. Prices are 30% more expensive than Sunscape as well. Also they give their customers $25 coupons to give them positive feedback. I thought this was a bit slimy.but I guess they need to buy reviews since they can't get them otherwise.

Alex is fantastic as are the other staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and take as much time as you need to educate you regarding their extensive plant selection and their growth habits. I can't wait for my first plant installation Monday and for many more landscaping purchases for years to come. Thank you Steve and team for your excellence in service!

Our neighbors had some palms planted, and they were wonderful, healthy, and looked great. We bought six Arikea (sp?) palms for the side of the house--they delivered and planted them at a great price. They are thriving out there right now, and I have since bought two more. A really cool guy there--don't know his name but he's a hipster sort of fellow--knows his stuff, is low-key and doesn't push you to buy what you don't want. Very knowledgeable and friendly. This is our "go-to" place for plants and landscaping stuff.

I had them do pavers and route gutter water out of my back yard to front yard via flexible black pipe. First the pavers, did a nice job in laying them out. but did not grade the drive way properly. I had water coming back into my garage, they came out maybe three times to try and correct, but were not able to. I asked for and got a small refund to have another company come out and try and correct the issue, they also had to come out more then once, and got it close, but short of pulling all the pavers up and re-grade the entire driveway I guess this is as good as it will get.

To this day it is not totally corrected, I still get water in the garage in a heavy rain. I also had to replace all the cement work supporting the pavers as the original cement was not laid out properly. Second issue. I have water pushing thru the main connection where the black pipe coming from the gutters intersects underground, the pavers are settling where this is occurring, I'm not sure how they connected the pipe underground, I fear I will have dig this up and redo it properly.

I asked them a couple of times to come back out and check this, the last time 5-6 weeks ago, have heard nothing. I really wish I had spent a bit more and had a real paver company do the job.
