Executive Lawn Care

Great quality service. Yard looks amazing. I highly recommend them for lawn care. Recently injured my shoulder so can't push a mower so wanted to use an A+ service and it looks better then when I mow and Edge.

I've been using Executive Lawn Care for three or four years now. At first the service was impeccable I just moved from previous lawn care company who did a horrible job. This year Executive Lawn Care has thoroughly downgraded their customer care and has stopped caring about how their customers lawns look. I'm going to call Leigh-Ann later today and cancel my service I'll probably buy a lawnmower and do it myself because I can do much better than this.

Maybe I'll find a local kid to cut the lawn. Anyone can do better than this. They just came and cut my lawn and this is what the backyard looks like. One of my biggest complaints is they cut your lawn no matter what the weather so even when it's raining they will come and cut your lawn. This means you have big ruts in the lawn from the lawnmower tires and blades cannot cut as effectively. If I were looking for a lawn care service, which I am, I would not consider Executive Lawn Care based on my experience this year.

I've not had the greatest experience w/ finding a lawn service that is also a great business. Not only is their service of great quality, they are affordable, dependable & have amazing customer service! I only have positive things to say about this business as they have been nothing but a positive service provider. Highly recommend this company!

This company was referred to me by my daughter. She had great service and I have also had a great experience. They have an online portal where you can put notes for the office or the crew in advance of your visit. They have been very good at communication when it rains. Pricing is competitive. Love the company so far! Edit: I have been using this company since 2020 and they have provided excellent, consistent work over the years. Still very happy with my service from Executive Lawn Care. I have gone through many lawn service companies over the years, and finally found on Executive Lawn Care thanks to the positive feedback of many of my neighbors. I have used them for over two years now, and am still surprised at how a humble lawn care company offers such world class customer service, communication, and professionalism. They are always very quick to respond to any questions or feedback or to let me know if their crew is delayed.

Their crews consistently do an incredible job, for about the same price as other companies that offer inferior quality of service and customer service. I have used this company for my regular mowings as well as for taking care of my flower beds. My flower beds had recently been in very bad shape, with overgrown and dead bushes and grass, and their crew went above and beyond at trimming and carting off all the dead bushes and branches and cleaning up all the grass out of the flower beds.

The final price of the job came out to just about what I was quoted for, and even expedited the job to get the crew out to my house ASAP since I wanted my yard looking nice for Halloween season.

Avoid this company! Not professional at all. They probably just hired some random people, don't even know how to mow the lawn. Skipped many steps, did not clean up, and forgot to mow my back yard as well. What's appalling is if you are not happy for the first time and want to cancel, they will charge you $60 for cancelation! They probably just make the money doing this.

Avoid them! Re the reply: other companies offer free trial for the first mow, you charged me $100 if I am not happy. When doing business with the customer the first time, you are expected to do above and beyond and impress them, instead of cutting corners from the beginning. This is not a good way to build trust. I learned my lesson and decided to move on. I hope others pay attention when they choose your company.

Ive been using executive lawn care since I moved here, and they are great! Always come on the same day, fast, affordable, and do a nice job. I also love that they can auto charge my card so I don't have to worry about payment.

We love Executive Lawn Care! After going through other services that were disappointing, we're thrilled with this service. They are reliable and thorough and respectful of our property. AND the price is fair. One perk which we'd never seen before was that if they are going to be a day or two late because of weather, Erik sends you an email to let you know. Sent in a request for a quote and they called back within 10 minutes! They gave me a quote over the phone and got me started the next day. Well it looks like Executive Lawn Care given their work ethics has decided not to participate with Yelp. I wonder why? Maybe they have incompetent people working for them. How would I know this? What happened? I've been looking for a lawn mowing company and ran across Executive Lawn Care. I emailed them to get a quote and come to find out we used them last summer.

My husband deals with that. I talked to a woman (don't remember her name) and she sent me an email and asked if our credit card on file was still good. I said yes but I need to talk to my husband before we make a decision. She absolutely understood. Next thing I know I get a receipt from them for service. What? They never mowed our lawn. I'm shocked and upset.

I send her an email asking her why I received a bill when I never agreed to use them and hadn't even received service. Her answer? It was a misunderstanding. I write my repsonse on the email that had the conversation on it where I told her I'd let her know. Wrote her back and that's was it. Next thing I did. Reported them to the BBB. They took my money. You don't take my money. Apologizes and gives our m, mo, ?

Great Service, Auto Pay online and super fast response to all Email. Service times are very predictable which is a must for me with my Dogs needing to be inside.

They have done an excellent job on my yard! Other services said they would come, but never show up. Executive Lawn Care always shows up, courteous and gives good quality work. Very quick to respond to any requests! Highly recommended!
