I have been calling since November of 2020 regarding a project for Rainbow to get a quote. I have called 6 times over the last 6 months every time I call I am told someone will get back to you in a week. However no one has returned my call for a quote. I am very disappointed as I have worked with this company in the past with excellent results.

We are extremely pleased with Rainbow Landscaping and James, the landscape designer. We wanted the landscaping replaced on the front of our house, including removing a boxwood hedge. A different landscaping company actually refused to remove the boxwood because it was the conventional plant to use. Another different company wanted to replace the boxwoods with a different but very similar evergreen. James at Rainbow impressed us because he listened to what we wanted and then came up with a beautiful drawing of his landscape design for our house.
He made several great suggestions that enhanced the appearance, including adding a brick border to one section to make it consistent with an existing brick border on another section. A crew from Rainbow came out as soon as weather permitted and completed the landscape work in a timely fashion. They cleaned everything up completely, and the result looks awesome. If you need landscaping or other exterior work done, we highly recommend James and Rainbow Landscaping.

The project started off well the craftsmanship was or appeared strong but did not power wash my entire brick paver patio when he did 80% of it and said that that was all that was in the contract and then agreed to come back do it charge me for it which I was okay with. Never came back this is December of 2016 and said he would come back in Spring.
I was okay with that too but when I had no contact from him in April I reached out to him and he claimed he would come out in a couple of weeks the rain had set him back and I was on his schedule. I informed him a big patch of the repair work that they did the papers were thinking and he needed to come out and take a look and repair and he said he would.
I also requested a quote for some additional work which he said he would. Is June 8th we have been in communication every two weeks you continues to claim he will come by look at it see what needs to be done. Unfortunately this company reminds me of many other contractors I've dealt with over the years Who start off strong finish okay they collect your money and you never see them again.
