Crawford Landscaping

Moved into a community that uses this company for landscaping needs. I can only guess that it's because they are priced right. The service is horrible. The wheels turn slowly and it takes months to get anything done. The workers are hard working when they come and that's all the good I can say. You may be asking for headaches if you a rake up a deal with these guys.

Crawford does a terrific job with all of our landscape needs. Hector is fantastic with landscape design and provides quick, beautiful, and efficient service!

I've had Crawford for several years. I did at one time love them. They started spending less and less time on their service. I've been trimming my own shrubs, blowing out leaves that were blown next to my house causing bugs, and replanting small plants that were sprayed. Their lawn mower blades are so dull that clumps of my sof are damaged. Like I said, I loved them in them in the beginning.

When I asked for a visit from a manager they were none responsive. I expected a quick visit. I've asked for a review of our property for several months. We are very nice people and very supportive of people who work fir us. When talking to the company that does the fertilizer they told me my lawn service had been canceled. I was not informed by Crawford.

It's speaks highly of a company when they are that professional. NOT. Did I mention I have the big C and just had spine surgery. Great I don't have to pay to do my own yard anymore Not so great to have a company that is nonprofessional. Form your own opinion. If you need a recommendation from me I can't give it. Sorry. I only speak the truth.

Great company, they really take the time to listen to your needs and work towards accomplishing your goals. They showed up on time, cleaned up after they were done. Left my place better than what it was. True professionals. Honestly, if you want a company to do a good job, I would recommend them.

I also should mention that i was helped by Leo & Tommy, both managers of the Crawford Landscaping Company, both of them helped us with few project at our home front & back yard and we cant thank them enough for the great job they did for us with their crew, truly professional and humble people to do business, they deserve 5 star

Crawford and their supervisor, Mirna Valenzuela have done an excellent job in our community and on projects on my property. They get an A plus from me.

Aggressive drivers, speeding, cutting people off. Really sends a poor message to the community.

Crawford Landscaping is the worst. I live in The Groves at Orange Blossom community, and for some unimaginable reason, our HOA continues to use Crawford for lawn service. Our lawn (and everyone else's in our community) looks like a jungle, the grass is so high my dogs can barely walk through it. It is currently Wednesday, October 23, and they last mowed here on Monday, October 14.

When I called to inform the HOA that the grass was unbelievably long, and they inquired to Crawford, the HOA was told "Crawford is now on the winter schedule, we are only mowing every other week.we will be back to mow on Monday Oct. 28." UNACCEPTABLE. I would challenge the owner of Crawford, or any of their managers, to come look at the lawns on my street and justify the appearance of our lawns and the length of our grass. I've never seen such shoddy work. I've driven through countless other gated communities in Naples and have NEVER seen grass as tall as this. I'm not writing this because of a one time occurrence. I've been living here 4 years and it's been like this the entire time.

Even as a teenager, I mowed grass for several people, if my work looked this bad I can guarantee you I would have been fired immediately. Even when they do come around to cut the grass, they miss areas all over, mow it so fast, and set their mowing decks so high that it still looks like hell even immediately after they've mowed it. The only way you can have a nice looking lawn in this community is if you purchase your own mower, immediately mow the grass AFTER they've mowed it, and then mow it AGAIN before they return the next time!

As a side note, they also let the bushes grow completely out of control before they finally trim them. I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone whom might consider moving to this community. Do not move here if you want to have a nice looking yard, unless you want to mow it and trim your bushes yourself. Crawford does a horrible job and if you live here you get no choice in the provider of your lawn service.

Your hard earned money will be thrown away to a company that will keep your yard looking like a jungle. Don't believe me? I challenge you to come to the Groves at Orange Blossom and ask any homeowner what they think of Crawford's lawn service. My feelings are shared by everyone I know here.

Thank you Crawford Landscaping, Javier, Gerardo and crew you were all wonderful to work with and took care of all of our needs. The right selection for a landscape hedge was very important to us and we had a time factor concern, but Crawford Landscaping was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and accommodating to all of our concerns. They needed heavy equipment and time for this project and all the while they made sure we were happy as they stayed on the job for as long as it took to get the job done. 5 stars deserved!

We live in the Vineyards and needed a portion of our landscaping refreshed and enhanced. I met with Javier from Crawford who showed creative ability to share a vision of what could be created in the spaces to be redone. A detailed proposal was presented and the team showed up on time and transformed the areas into exactly what was discussed and proposed.

It looks great and Javier was there to oversee the work. He came back the next day to double check the installation and follow up. They even reworked the irrigation to make sure the watering pattern was correct for the new plants and added extra programmed watering for the first thirty days to make sure they got established. Great experience overall and all the people were very polite and responsive. Very glad I chose Crawford and happy to know Javier.

Our landscaping project was completed in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the outcome. Javier is very knowledgeable and customer focused. The crew is efficient and friendly. Highly recommended company.

We have a new Lennar home that is very well built in Twin Eagles Grand Arbors. However, the surrounding soil and plants provided were substandard. The Crawford representative for new installation is Mirna Valenzuela. She has an Agronomy degree and is extremely intelligent and professional. We received a prompt fair price to construct and install our new plantings from palm trees to annuals and various perennials.

We could not be happier with the price, installation and friendly service. Mirna was on site both days of installation to inspect the products and quality of the work. Her ideas gave us the relaxed Florida feel without over -crowding plants. The personalized service and workers attention to details looks to be the new standard business practice at Crawford and we are pleased since they also perform maintenance service in our neighborhood. Hurricane Irma left my yard decimated. Javier and Crawford Landscaping left me smiling and happy. It was the excellent personal service I received from Javier Lopez that convinced me to choose Crawford including Javier driving me around the neighborhood, identifying numerous trees and advising me of the advantages and disadvantages (disease and mess) of each. Javier not only helped me select the right trees but also get new sod laid, repair my irrigation and give me advice on my landscape lighting. It was nice dealing with just one company. Their workers were punctual and courteous and conscientious. Once again I am proud to pull into my driveway.

Called and asked for a quote to maintain my yard. I was told Mike would give me a call within a few days. It's been over a week and Mike has yet to call. I guess they don't need my business. UPDATE: A few hours after my review was posted Mike called and we set up a meeting. Mike's a nice guy who seemed knowledgeable. Quote came in astronomically high but not surprising as Mike told me they mainly do commercial work and "estate" homes (aka very wealthy individuals). Their business model appears to target high margin opportunities which doesn't include traditional residential work so keep that in mind before contacting.

Javier was a pleasure to work with. He developed an attractive landscaping plan for our home and supervised the entire project. The work was completed on the promised date. I appreciate that Crawford handled all aspects of our installation including necessary work on the pavers, lighting and irrigation. Javier coordinated everything. Well done! You have nice employees.

I hired Crawford to completely relandscape my yard in Naples - I was very happy with their price and work except for one thing -my front yard- First of all they put down 2 different types of sod- They agreed to take that up and replace it with correct sod which they did- EXCEPT- the sod was cut at 2 different heights- part of my yard is green and lush the other sod literally feel apart as they laid it - they assured me all would be well - they claimed this wasn't their fault because it was what the sod farm gave them and to top it off the defective sod had weevils which kept the sod from rooting- as of this date the defective sod is brown and not growing and I have shallow dips in what I assumed and what they said would be a golf course look -
