We had a new pool installed in our community and got multiple bids for having a landscaping service come out and put all of the side irrigation and hedges back in place. Green heron was by far the best price and they did the work in a very quick and timely fashion. There were only a couple of small things we wanted changed and they did that immediately, it was a fantastic experience working with all of them. Highly recommended!

Frank and Will came out to our new house today to help us with our irrigation system which had not been used in a while. They were professional, timely and knowledgeable. While Will worked on installation of a clock we needed, Frank worked throughout the yard on fixing problems with the current irrigation system. We could not be happier with the service provided and will highly recommend Green Heron!

Green Heron is a fantastic company! We have slowly been updating our house since Hurricane Irma, and have spent years reviewing companies to do the work. There were companies that never returned my phone calls, but Green Heron is always prompt and clear by phone or email. Green Heron has been a pleasure to work with and has done a perfect job, with an imperfect area to work with. Ernie, the forman, came 3 days prior to the start of the job so we could discuss exactly where I wanted things planted.
He gave suggestions where he thought things needed to be relocated due to power lines, and listened to what my overall vision was for my backyard. On the day of the job, Ernie and the rest of the crew were on time and completed the job quickly. Before any plants were put into the ground, someone would ask me to double check that it was where I wanted, and at the last minute I changed the layout of where 3 plants would go.
It was no problem, and every plant was placed exactly how I wanted it. They made sure I was happy with their work before leaving, and left no trace they had been working in our yard, except for our beautiful new landscaping. I will continue to use Green Heron for all our landscaping needs and recommend them to everyone I know.

This company is the worst! My backyard is fenced in, inside a community and I keep it locked when I dont want my backyard mowed because its too dry or not long enough to cut because they dont keep up with the sprinkler system and kill the grass. I have seen them jump the fence or forcefully rip the fence open breaking my locks. I have a fence for a reason, I have two big dogs who do not like intruders.
The fence is there for their protection, not mine or my dogs. The fact that I have to stop the work I am doing, go out there and tell them to leave my backyard, and then replace the lock is ridiculous. You dont break in to someones property, period. To top it off, they are suppose to keep up with the sprinkler system and make sure everything works.
They fail to keep up with it, causing my grass to die, and then they want to rip open the fence and get back there and cut dead grass. Anyone who knows anything about grass knows you do NOT do this or it will prevent grass from growing back at all. Now I am stuck paying to replace the grass they are suppose to upkeep. I would never suggest this company to anyone. When calling the company to tell them about it, they either dont answer or say they will do something about it, then it happens again. Ridiculous! NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!

This company blows. I'm on the DO NOT CUT list in my community and these morons hacked up my property TWICE but didn't try to compensate me for my loss or aggravation whatsoever; in either incident. Instead, their unprofessional foreman had the audacity to complain to the authorities about me when I became irate over the incident. Then their team used my water at my expense, which they are definitely NOT permitted to do. If I could fire them I would (have already let my HOA know how much they suck).
