We improve and maintain common areas and residences through landscaping and irrigation management. We keep properties attractive and roads clear with landscaping and snow/ice removal for privatized homes on military bases. We've become experts at getting new sites up and running quickly-in locations as remote as Alaska. From Alaska and Hawaii to the Midwest, New York and the Southeast. Mainscape is a national brand, capable of adding new states quickly and efficiently by request. I wanted to say thank you for a job well done in regards to string trimming the water's edge this morning.

The company actually started in 1980 as a campus ministry project in Muncie, Indiana. Our workforce was made up of Ball State University students who mowed lawns over summer break. With hard work, Mainscape grew into one of the largest privately owned landscape companies in the U.S. with more than 1,000 employees in 30 branches across 14 states (and counting).
Over the years, we've become experts at rapid startup sites. It requires deploying resources to get a new site up and running quickly for a customer-in locations as remote as Alaska. In fact, we can do it anywhere, even thousands of miles away. We ensure a smooth transition from a prior landscaper, expert services, effective communication and partnerships across the country.
Great landscaping makes a great first impression. At Mainscape, we go above and beyond to enhance your property and exceed your expectations. We care for our clients' lawns as if they were our own. To meet the unique needs and budget for each property, we create a custom program for each customer. Mainscape provides exceptional care to the lawn, plants and soil. Our team of experts uses the latest in lawn care science and technology to keep every property's landscaping looking its best all year round.
Our irrigation technicians analyze the efficiency of water distribution systems. Because water is a precious natural resource, Mainscape is committed to being an industry leader in irrigation and water management. We perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure that your systems maintain optimal efficiency and uniformity.

I just moved into a HOA in Fishers that uses this company. They mow so infrequently that I actually received a violation from the City of Fishers for tall grass and weeds. I finally broke down and mowed the lawn myself between their visits last time because it started looking like no one lived there! Thankfully I can opt out of the HOA provided services for 2022 and go with the company I used at my former residence, which has a significantly higher standard of care.

None of their workers speak english and will ignore you if you ask them questions. They run over litter and dont bother to pick it up. They damage things, and instead of letting you know and fixing them, they wait until you notice yourself, forcing you to call in and make a claim. Do not use them if you want your money's worth

If you are considering using this company, DO Hesitate and think twice. Somehow if they damage your property during their work then don't be nice to them, they will take an advantage of you. When they damaged my property while their employee plowing snow in January, he would have left without reporting to me, if I didn't catch him. His manager came and yelled at me "what damages?".
My lawn, sprinkler head and concrete (driveway and sidewalk) got damaged. I was nice enough to let go of concrete marks and grass damage, and asked for the cost of replacing a sprinkler head without labor cost since it got replaced while opening my irrigation system. I requested to reimburse for $26.75, and it took almost 2 month to bring the check to me after asking multiple times.
Before the operation manager handing out the check, he asked me to sign the releasing form including notarization and witness section. They are only good at protecting themselves and their profit, but I don't think they care about customers' personal properties nor feelings. If they damage your property, be ready to accept the loss, and don't be nice to them as I did. The entire employees of Mainscape in all levels including CEO need to retake "Customer Service 101" if it exists in it's company.

Very unprofessional and dont keep their word! I am SSG Williams of WillWorld Reviews. I supply the world with real life reviews of our nations companies and organizations with a straight forward approach. I am a soldier stationed on Ft. Leonard Wood in Missouri. Your company is contacted to cut the lawns of the housing communities on the installation and more than myself is very unsatisfied but I am nowhere related to who signed the contract with Mainscapes but if I take my complaints to who did, being a well known reviewer in town and an Active Duty soldier and leader, I'm more by than sure they will change things.
But I came here to discuss how they blew cut grass on my parked motorcycle two times (both times they came to cut) and when I approached them to ask them to use the blower and blow the clippings off, they just blew me off and left it there. To add, the grass is cut terrible but I didn't sign the paper to approve this company to work here but i will take my concern and this review via link to who need to see it. I just ask if you are cutting grass for the military, at least act like you care even if you dont. Thanks.

Your company does the landscaping for my apartment complex. Your mowers just run over the litter that people toss from their cars and spreads it everywhere, its companies like yours that make our litter situation worse. Also the grass isn't even cut even.are your employee's drunk as they mow? And as I walk my dog, I noticed you even managed to hit a light post in front of one of our buildings with your mower.didn't even atrempt to straighten it out, also extremely large rotational tire treads on yhe property where it was saturated.so you tore up all the grass your supposed to be keeping nice.does your owners even know what they are doing?
