Critical: Professionalism Sprinkler systems installations are complete joke. Seriously.it looks as if no one knows the first thing about Irrigation. and if they do they are cutting serious corners and putting new homes at risk for potential major foundation damage.

Truck 214 license plate# BMQ-F97 driving extremely inappropriately. Passing in the right lane, switching lanes without signal, and driving at least 60 mph on Belleview Ave.

Horrible company. Improper installation of a sprinkler system. Entire yard is dead. They cut all corners. We built with Toll brothers who is a good reputable company but they contracted with metco who is horrible. If you build with Toll brothers demand that they do not use metco. If they do your yard you will regret it. They installed a non functional system, already dead trees and do not stand by their work. Wasted tons of money on these guys trying to get it right and now I will have to start from scratch after wasting two years. If you look at their reviews it is all 1 star. The only 5 star reviews are from employees who were likely forced to put a positive review in. DO NOT USE this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Totally unprofessional company that does not pay their vendors on time according to the terms that they sign. Going on 6 months with promises from staff and the CFO (who quit). Was looped into an email by mistake with all vendors and everyone is begging to be paid. Looking for a landscaper? Look elsewhere! Beware!

Critical: Professionalism I just watched a truck from this company drive around construction cones and therefore over the sidewalk/ grass and down a blocked road just so that they could avoid the traffic. If they don't have ethics on following the rules of the road, I can't imagine they have ethics as a company

I would never recommend this landscaping company to ANYONE. Their work is terrible quality. You will find yourself continuously following up to try and get issues fixed. Save your time and money.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Customer service non existent. Can't receive a call back or appointment. Over promised and under delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Riding a massive lawnmower down the sidewalk, revving the engine as soon as they realized it terrified my dog. I turned around to see what their problem was and he proceeded to follow me even closer all the way down the street on the riding lawnmower with no regard for anyone around them. I'll be contacting my HOA immediately to see how we can get a new vendor. After I look through these reviews, I realize they simply are an awful company. Trust the reviews that refer to their professionalism, going back several years.

This company is a disgrace to the landscape business. Pretty sad our builder (Lennar) has used them to do our community. First, the design is about as cheap and poorly thought out as it gets. Second, plants are just sitting in a clay hole with no soil mixed in. 1/2 our plants died within first 6 months due to this reason. Middle schoolers with zero experience could do a better job than these guys. Lastly, getting a hold of someone from this company is a joke. Customer service doesn't exist.

Awful company! DO NOT HIRE THEM, they were contracted to do the landscaping at my community and one of their employees hit my car with their mower and destroyed some of my Halloween decorations. I watched the guy and tried to get his attention and he wouldn't look at me. I contacted the company and they opted to tell me that because their mower didn't have visible damage a week and a half later and my car already had a couple scratches and 1 door ding, that they weren't going to take responsibility and fix the damage they caused.

Not taking responsibility for your employees actions is a shame and goes to show what kind of company they are. I work with many business owners in my line of work and never would any of them behave in this manner. I wonder if the owners know! Not to mention their mower destroyed our grass and left a giant mud pit.

Metco Landscape is a horrible company to use. They are the vendor of our HOA's Property Manager and were hired to shovel the walkways around our condo complex. They did not do their job in front of my town home and will not respond to our Property Manager's requests, or mine, to finish the job. It has been 10 days since it snowed and now the walkway is covered in ice, creating a major safety hazard.

This is just the winter, I'll post more pictures of their summer "handy work" where they cause property damage, such as running over the sprinkler system heads with their lawnmowers. I could never recommend a company, such as Metco, that disregards peoples safety, instead of taking the 5 minutes to do they job they were hired to do.

Poor quality work.plants were placed in almost all clay, they took no timeto mix in decent soil so the roots would be able to grow. The irrigation system was poorly planned and did not provide enough water to properly hydrate new plants. Their goal is to get the job done as quickly as possible with no regard to the outcome. Save yourse.money and brain damage.dont hire them.

Worst service ever. They planted a spruce tree incorrectly in June, were called numerous times, came out and said it was fine. It died by September. They replaced the tree this past June and three was completely dead by the end of August. They said they only warranty trees for 30 days. The 2nd tree was also planted incorrectly, they dug a too deep hole as the tree did not have a mound. Worst service ever!

Ally from Metco, your customer service was absolutely horrific. You just called me with a less than satisfactory attitude immediately upon my hello and would not listen to any of my requests or why I even requested Metco to come back out to look at my landscaping. No person should be talked to with that kind of tone. Metco, you should be disappointed in your work.

When you replaced my dead plants you didn't even give me the same matching plants. It looks like my yard is a hodgepodge of plants. I can get my own shovel and move plants to make things look good. I mostly left this review due to Ally and her lack of customer service skills. I hope to never speak to her again. Why aren't your google reviews turned on?

I wanted to place a thank you to Metco on here for respecting our neighborhood and rescheduling their guys to come out in the afternoon to allow for the residents to start their days in peace. Justin was kind and very respectful. I have relayed this to their contract partner Regis and told them we are happy to have them taking care of the lot on Lowell. Thanks again and I would hire Metco for any commercial landscaping needs as well as referring them for anything I might come across that would be a fit.

Six years ago, we had the misfortune of buying a home that used Metco for their landscaping. We wonder why our tree hasn't grown in six years or our grass constantly struggles every summer to stay alive. They laid NO topsoil under our sod and the tree is planted with the root ball directly on top of clay. Completely awful. Can't believe they get any business at all. Total and absolute garbage business practices.

I recently bought a new Home with landscaping included in the purchase price. The Builder hired Metco Landscaping. Metco sent a crew of five (5)!. and a Bobcat. within two days my 6,000 square foot lot was graded, tilled and mulched, raked clean of rocks, irrigation system installed and set-up, installed 42 plants and trees and topped it off with mulch and sod. my yard looks fantastic and was completed in only two days. These folks are pros and I recommend them.

Do your employees always park badly? Or is it just when they're using the company truck? This was at a Target in Golden.

Workers broke fence and left cigarettes everywhere. Covington Homes used them as a contractor for our landscaping. Update: They never return calls after messages left. Update again: They covered a downspout pipe extender under rocks. Everyone says it should be exposed so I know if it's backlogged. The sprinklers are not in corners like they should be.

Appalled! We recently bought a new build and our home builder contracted this company to come and do our landscaping. We had to wait for spring to finally get our sod laid. After all of our snow finally melted we took a look at our mud pit and saw that it was absolutely littered with cement and garbage. The other day they came and laid topsoil (very little I might add) on top of all that trash and left.

We realized that they were not going to remove any of the garbage from our yard so we took hours raking up piles of cement, plastic, metal, and wires to prepare our yard for sod. A crew came by today, saw our piles of debris that we had removed and proceeded to kick it all back into our yard. We were told that they contract out a different company to sod, but there should not have been so much garbage left in the first place. We are impatiently waiting to see how this will be resolved but hope our builder makes better choices to contract out this type of work in the future.

Metco was contracted to install the front yards for our development in Castle Rock. From looking over their work in our yards and most others, they have done the bare minimum at best. The first attempt to get them to fully finish landscaping our yard to the property line fell on deaf ears for several weeks to everyone I talked to at their office. The only way I was able to get the job finished was to talk to the workers in our neighborhood that were working on another property to ask them to finish it and it was done the next day.

The latest issue has been getting them to replace my dead trees prior to the warranty period expiring. We're now on 11 months since the warranty claim was submitted and both myself and our home warranty rep keep getting unfulfilled dates as to when it will be completed. My impression is that they do good work when you actually sign the contract individually with them, however if it is through a builder or a contract that it is extremely hard to get them to help which is extremely unfortunate and a bad way to run a company.

Metco = AMAZING! You can't ask for better ownership of this company. Mark Tomko is the most generous person I've ever met in my life. Plus, Metco's workmanship & quality is wonderful! They did a phenomenal job at Lutheran High school on the Landscaping & grounds. For all your commercial & residential landscaping needs, call METCO! 5 stars all the way!

Metco was contracted by the builder in our area (Southlands) to do all of the homes front yards. Terrible service and every home has had multiple problems from sprinklers to yards and dead trees. I contacted them early on for an estimate for my backyard as well and they were expensive, so it's not like they're cheap either. I was thrilled with a much smaller landscaping company that came in slightly cheaper. The quality difference is unbelievable.

The most inconsiderate and unprofessional landscapers around. We live in Wash Park and these people were landscaping the Brookdale Senior Living Facility across the street with zero regard for any of our homes and yards. They blow leaves into the streets which causes clogged gutters for the city (which is illegal) their machine spews dust all over cars that are parked, so glad I just spent money on washing my vehicle:/ They blow all of the debris and leaves across the street. It's great for Brookdale but terrible for those of us with homes who take care of our own lawns, cars, and curbs.
