I just wanted to give some kudos to Ryan as he is always so friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He really goes the extra mile to make sure things are done well and properly. His crew is also very polite and friendly, and each of them including Ryan remember who I am and call me by my name. Thanks for providing such great service to the Yacht Club community in Arvada.

Absolutely horrible company! Our HOA got overcharged every time for snow removal. The truck sits for 2 hours while they shovel and you get charged the hourly rate for that truck even though it isn't even running. Then the truck starts up and the shovelers all stop shoveling and instead watch the truck plow. Yes you get charged for the shovelers while they stand as well.
To further compound this madness they also double the time they were actually on site. We got charged 15 hours of shoveling during a storm where no one actually got out of the trucks. They plowed for an hour and ten minutes then left.no shoveling. Also, they said they were plowing for 2 and a half hours.this is a very unethical company and they will rob you. After all of that you get a half plowed property with big ice chunks in the middle of the road that will destroy your bumper.literally hire anyone else!

Our 44-unit HOA contracted with LMI for landscaping services during 2018-19 and snow removal services during the 2019-20 season. They were mediocre for landscaping and abysmal for snow removal. Our HOA Board had to frequently contact their manager Nicole who seemed nice and very accommodating but we later found some work tasks were not completed in a timely manner and others were simply not completed at all.
For snow removal, LMI workers would typically show up 24-48 hours AFTER snowfall, sometimes at 3 and 4am the next day, waking everyone in the community up as they tried to shovel ice-packed sidewalks where residents had walked for the past day(s). We had to frequently call workers back out because the quality of shoveling was so poor or because they simply failed to shovel parts of the community, including public sidewalks.
It eventually became routine for community members to shovel themselves because no one expected LMI to show up before everything froze in place. Toward the end of our time with LMI it became a frequent occurrence for us to inquire as to the status of snow removal only to be told workers had already been there and shoveled when they had in fact had not.
Since terminating all contracts with LMI, our HOA Board has continued to receive invoices for snow removal services that were either not provided and/or for snow events which did not exceed the contract threshold for services. I strongly recommend against contracting with LMI for landscaping or snow removal services. Unless you're a big ticket (high paying) community, it's likely you'll be the low priority for these folks or you may not receive services at all.
