I requested an estimate to do some work with my existing pond. They came out quickly and I'm waiting for a bid. They understood exactly what I wanted and they help me see what I was visualizing. Can't wait to do the next steps!

From the moment we submitted a request for an evaluation, Proscapes was extremely professional. Bob assessed our space, gave recommendations on how to achieve our vision, and followed up to emails very quickly. The designs he provided were exactly in line with what we wanted. Lenne took over emails when the job started and responded to all messages within 12 hours, usually faster.

The crew who did the install were respectful, clean, and friendly. We had a stone come loose after a short time and Proscapes sent someone to fix it within 48 hours. They were not the cheapest quote we got; however, we are very happy with the service and quality that came with the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Proscapes came to our day care center and transformed a warn, beaten path and a large unlevel area, creating a race track and construction zone on our playground! The work was well done, professional with excellent attention to detail! They even brought in black dirt, leveling a seeding where the equipment had created ruts. When we have landscaping work to be done again, we will definitely call Proscapes!

We wanted rain water to drain away from our house because we are on a hill and our house is on a concrete slab. Proscapes was supposed put a swale in the ground that sits higher than our house. Next to the house, they were supposed to incline the dirt so water flows to the street. Now, the swale is pouring water back towards our house and not towards the street.

Water is pooling next to our foundation. When I reached out to Bob, he had the audacity to tell me that things were working perfectly. We used Proscapes because Bob told us he can direct the water away from our foundation. We did not want large puddles of standing water next to the house. I attached a photo of what they said they would do. Green arrows show where the water is supposed to go.

Red shows how the water is actually pooling back towards the house. Completely irresponsible! Very unfortunate customer service response from Bob Wambach. He's not here to see the water flow back to our house. He may use lasers to level the ground a he claims, but he obviously did not get it right this time and will claim no responsibility. Will not use them again.

Will never recommend them. Highly unprofessional. Save your money and please go elsewhere! Water is NOT supposed to be next to the foundation. Don't let him tell you otherwise. He's so condescending.

I called, asking for sand for our backyard sandbox and the woman on the phone was so kind and professional. I was impressed that they could deliver it the next day! The truck driver was meticulous about backing in safely, avoiding tree branches, cars in the driveway and our garage door. It was dumped perfectly, and he even took the time to get a shovel to remove a little dirt that had gotten mixed in from the truck bed. The sand is great quality and they have the sand and delivery service fairly priced. Thank you, Lenne and James!

We did our landscaping over 40 years ago and it was time to start over. We had Proscapes remove all plantings and the entire lawn. They changed the grade, installed a swale, reseeded and planted new shrubs. The workmanship is flawless. They have the best equipment, highly skilled personnel, and are very personable. I would highly recommend them!

Proscapes was fast, professional, and completed the work ahead of schedule. The billing process was transparent and detailed. Courteous and friendly. They won't be the cheapest option but you will get excellent and timely work that won't need to be redone to due to poor craftsmanship.

Two years ago Proscapes repaired a large hole in our gravel roadway (the land was sinking). They were the only company which did not want to just fill the hole in but actually came up with a plan to reinforce. The hole has not returned and we just had them come out this week to add more gravel which was done well and efficiently. I know if they can do such a good job on something not terribly exciting, then I know when I can hire them for some landscaping they will do an excellent job.

We just had a patio and fire pit installed by Proscapes and are very pleased. The crew did a great job, especially where there were circular areas and the bricks had to be carefully cut. They cleaned up every day and were very careful where they set their tools and other items. When everything was finished, Mike, the owner, came over to inspect the job and make sure we were happy with it. Oh, and once the crew started, they stayed on the job until it was finished. They didn't skip back and forth between other jobs. I highly recommend Proscapes.
