Critical: Responsiveness Someone came out to look at our property and never followed up with an estimate. Called several times and was told they were working on the estimate. Never received it or a call to explain why. I live in NB and wanted to support business in this area.

After having a pool installed they did a great job fixing the irrigation system, adding sod, a walkway, and some other landscaping items. I'd highly recommend Creative Visions.

Creative Visions did the landscaping and built our stone patio and pergola ten years ago. It looks as good today as the day it was completed. Couldn't be happier with the quality and the look of their work.

Very pleased with my backyard renovation from Creative Visions Landscaping. Rich designed and created a space for our family to enjoy for years. From the flagstone patio, seating wall and outdoor kitchen- he turned a vision into reality. The quality and craftsmanship of the masonry work on the flagstone patio is second to none and Rich helped us work through all the details we wanted in the end. Donna is great in the office and made communication easy.

They arrived when they said they would, stayed with the job until the very end and even followed up this spring to replace plants destroyed in the hard freeze this winter. I would recommend Creative Visions to anyone seeking to create a custom outdoor space in their home.

This has to be one of the worst experiences that we have ever had. Had someone come out to give us an estimate well over 6 weeks ago. Sent an email to them after 2 weeks only to find out that they had a family issue arise but they were working on our bid. We sent another email on the 1st of this month following up and still no response. I live in New Braunfels and try to keep my business local as I work here as well. It is hard when the service is so poor. If this is the way that they treat customers before a job ever starts I can only imagine what other issues will arise.
