We are a full service landscape company who has built our business around property maintenance. We service hundreds of clients each week in the DFW market and throughout the state of Texas. We value weekly reporting and constant communication with our men in the field and our clients; and we hold to the belief that we are only as strong as our weakest team-member. We have two full time managers who over-see all the maintenance routes and QC each property.
We staff all fully licensed irrigators; and with fully equipped trucks and trailers we are ready for any repair job or full installation. Our irrigation manager has served on several state irrigation boards and we work with each municipality to comply with all watering restrictions. We are constantly seeking new technologies in this field to address the growing concerns with water conservation.

Let me give you MY personal review of Superior Landscapes. Within this location were the landscaping thrives from. Point of reference to this employer is within a remote location. Located across the street from Texas Highway used to be located at. Now there is a train station apart of the new developement that is now commercial. My personal opinion as their franchiser.
They cannot properly adhiere to simple mow and edge properties and expect more than a monthly rate from their customers to supply a mom and pops ran business, pretending to feel commercial. You will find better help from your neighbor with a push mower. It seems as if all the equipment is there but nothing will make of this landscaping company due to interacial differences within the current two people manning the location for their own gain. Poor quality mowing. No weeding provided. Clean up Cost does not mean they will haul debris.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Well ad us to the list of people and companies. We worked for Superior as a sub contractor for a few seasons servicing ATT properties around the DFW area, now they don't want to pay us for services performed after letting us go at end of season. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They don't pay!

Got a call from them, no one spoke, they hung up, I called back and I got a really terrible attitude from the woman who answered the phone. I came to their Google page to make sure it was the right number and noticed all the terrible reviews. I live in California but lemme tell ya if receptionist gives me attitude on the first impression best believe I'll call another landscaping company.

Just skip past this company. They cannot handle corporate accounts. property looked worse than when they started. Came to job one time without equipment and just stood around. didn't cut the back for almost a month thinking we would not notice. never weeded the beds in 6 months. trimmed half the hedges in a 6month period.
