Rocked the front yard and did a very poor job. Hired a new landscaper for the backyard. Today they were testing the sprinkler system and realized the sprinkler heads in the front yard are not capped. When they were digging to find the leaks what they found is the landscaper just bent the sprinkler heads over and covered it with dirt and rock. Worst work I have ever encountered.

Hired this company after visiting with Leon to do some rock landscaping in front of our house before listing it for sale. Very disappointed with the work and lack of customer service. We reached a firm price for the job for it to proceed - after the job was completed they added an additional $600 due to their 'miss-measurement' of some lining for the foundation of the house.
This supposed $600 was for additional thin metal lining to go against the house and the dirt/rock. Unbelievable! All of the dirt for the job was hauled by us from our property. Their equipment broke down and they had to use our personal tractor to do and complete the job. The one morning their equipment did work, they used a large skid-steer that tore up the grass and dirt and leaked hydraulic fluid in our front yard.
I will say the rock they chose is very pretty, but they neglected to put a border between the rock and the front yard and after the fact told us it would be an additional $1000 to add a metal border. This company is a total rip off and I would never recommend them for any landscaping jobs. The worker that came out to do the job (this was his first landscaping job) had good work ethic, but was inexperienced.
It looks unfinished. We have contacted the company multiple times about our dissatisfaction and Leon (owner) has yet to respond or contact us. He never came up to see the finished product. He has people working for his company that are not experienced with landscaping and are unsupervised to make sure the job is done correctly for the customer. They charge a lot for their services and they do an incomplete job and their customer service is poor.
We have contacted the office numerous times and relayed our disappointment with the job - talked to several different ladies that assured us Leon would get back with us. Well, that never happened. Save yourself some money and find another company that will do the work, make sure you are satisfied and not increase the bill due to their mistakes. After all they used our tractor and fuel to do the job -

The man came and took pictures and measured the space we wanted landscaped. That was about the 2nd week of March. The guy was real nice but there is a gal at the company that does the bids and to this date we have never heard back from her or anyone from the company. This is the 31st of March. I'm very disappointed in this company and I don't recommend them.

Polite, I had to cancel my appointment after I heard how expensive this place is. $65 just to come look at the job, which was to move my sprinkler timer from under my porch to the outside, directly on the opposite side of the wall. Then 2 hours minimum at $85 per hour! When did landscapers start charging the same price as a licensed electrician?

They do not honor their work and have poor customer service. They "forgot" to blow out our sprinklers last fall and the pump cracked. The owner promised to fix it this spring. After numerous calls, texts and empty promises of coming to at least look at it, no one has come and the pump remains unfixed

I did not want to take shortcuts in making a nice yard at my brand new home, and contracted with Greenway Pro for the whole deal from vague concept to completion. They converted my concept to a plan and meticulously proceeded to make it real. I now have a wonderful back and front yard that require less water and maintenance but fit perfectly into this semi-arid landscape. I am very pleased with the result.

Isaac is VERY hard working and efficient and communicates well with you for plans. Leon is straighforwrd and nice, very frindly. Both are well equipped for tasks and know what to suggest for our yard. Putting in sprinkler system under sidewalk; putting up privacy fence and laying mulch and gravel in prep for seed and or sod and pavers. We will continue to use Green Way Pro for future landscaping projects-as we are starting from ground zero. Thanks so much for you rprofessionalism Will recommend to friends.

These guys are great, very professional and knowledgeable about sprinkler systems and all types of plants and trees. We have had them put in a whole new berm system with shrubs and trees and everything thrived. They have some really good ideas about landscaping and are very help full. We have worked with these guys for the last 8-10 years and they are reasonably priced and stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them for any type of landscaping job.

Great Guys! Had an issue with my sprinkler system a while back, had another company in town come to quote a prices to fix the problem. They wanted $1300 for a new sprinkler manifold! I only have four zones. I called Green Way and within about 15 minutes of their arrival, they had everything work again. Since then, I have used them for everything my yard needs.

I used this contractor for a large tree planting project. The contractor misrepresented his capabilities and expertise and was not remotely qualified to perform the job. He did not have the proper tools, equipment and staff and did not provide the necessary on-site supervision. He did not have a clue about transplanting trees and was totally unaware of the landscaping industry standards.
As a result almost 50% of the trees he planted died w/in less than a year. The contractor was unreliable and rarely on the job to supervise and provide direction to his untrained, high turn-over staff. At best the work performed was sloppy and not up to minimum acceptable landscaping industry standards. In the end the contractor walked off the job prior to completion.
I made the mistake of trusting the contractor and worked w/o a written contract and the contractor billed me for unauthorized work and supplies. After the fact I checked around Montrose and discovered that he has a terrible reputation for lousy work. Not only would I not recommend this contractor, I wouldn't even let him mow my lawn. The consensus in Montrose is that this contractor should be put out of business.
