South-Side Lawn & Landscape was established in 1996 and over the years we have learned a few things. We measure success by the satisfaction of our customers. Accountability and ethics are attributes considered to be a part of our success. To achieve satisfaction, we put emphasis on Quality, Customer Service, and Industry Leadership. We put many hours into developing our employees through training, execution, safety, and equipment.

Services
South-Side Lawn & Landscape originally started as South-Side Lawn Care back in 1996. The goal was to create a company that was versified in property maintenance and landscape construction. Our backbone and origins came through the maintenance part, which has given us a unique perspective of not only how the landscape would serve the client but how it would be maintained over the years to come. We keep in mind; size and growth habits of the plant material we install, and how those traits affect the landscape for the years to come.
General landscaping can do amazing wonders not only for peace of mind but the environment as well. Landscapes of all types can provide your own space for relaxing and enjoyment during a warm summer day or in the evening hours. South-Side originally started out as a maintenance service company, and has kept growing and developing since that day.
South-Side Lawn & Landscape's work was published in the fall 2016 issue of Denver Modern Magazine. This project was very difficult and took an enormous amount of planning to complete all the work in such a short time frame. We are proud to have been apart of such a prestigious project. Our work is shown on pages 114, 125.
Retaining walls are used for numerous applications in your landscape. South-Side Lawn & Landscape has been installing all types of retaining walls for many years. Our staff has been trained through the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA), through these classes and testing our employees are certified in all aspects in building your wall.

We have been using them for three years and they have consistently done an amazing job! They come every Friday morning like clockwork and they do such a great job with our lawn! They even go above and beyond and use the blower to clean up our front porch! Thank you guys so much for keeping our lawn the best on the block

I thought I had a weed grass problem, which is almost impossible to get rid of and requires having to kill your lawn and starting over. South-Side inspected my lawn and to my relief, I did not have weed grass. I highly recommend the expertise and guidance of South-Side for your lawn care concerns. Thanks, South-Side!

This company is very professional. They presented me with a fully designed to scale drawing of my yard and future landscaping...it was pretty cool. Once the price and drawing were finalized it was scheduling time. I had to wait about 1 month which was kind of a bummer however after SouthSide completed my yard I know why I had to wait. Wow! Professional workmanship with very kind employees that answered all of my stupid questions. They actually stopped working to make sure that each of my questions were answered. Again, WOW.
