This place is amazing, we come here all the time and sirens all our money cause it's amazing. It literally just makes you happy walking around. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Daniel, so knowledgeable and just all around amazing!

Terrible customer service! Poorly trained staff that are rude, slow, and inconsiderate. I had been in Echter's a few weeks ago looking to buy several things including a couple of roses. Looking through all of the roses, one named Dark Night caught my eye, but they didn't have any in stock. I returned a week or so later and they still didn't have any. Today, I called first and told the lady who answered I wanted to make sure they had some before traveling 10 miles to get there.

I was told they had 6, but that was based on their system and not someone actually verifying what was available in the retail space. When I arrived about 30 minutes later, there were 0 on the floor and I got a lady whose name tag simply said "T" to try and assist me. I told her I had called approximately a half an hour earlier, was told there were 6, but didn't see any.

She suggested that maybe they had sold all 6 during the last 30 minutes. I questioned how likely that really was and she said they had been "really busy." I asked if she could check their inventory again to see if it now reflected 0 in stock, and after chasing her around the store to 2 different computers because she couldn't remember a password, was finally told that they still reported 6 in stock.

She called someone on her radio who said the inventory system was "really messed up, " and eventually went to a non-public greenhouse and eventually returned with 2 Dark Night roses. When I said, "so there were only 2 and not 6 with none on the retail floor, " she promptly yelled at me to "just pick one!" This whole ordeal took around 20 minutes and another 10 minutes to check out because there weren't enough cashiers.

From not having products in the retail space, grossly inaccurate inventory management, rude employees, and overall terrible customer service, this place is just too poorly managed to warrant driving so far. There are other options that are closer, cheaper, and with friendlier employees, even if they don't have as vast of a selection.

This place has everything! If you can't find what your garden needs here then you're probably out of luck. Helpful staff!

Went here after my grandparents suggested it and was blown away at the size compared to other nurseries in town. They sell just about anything you'd need from plants, pots, soils, trellis, fountains, decor, etc. All the plants looked healthy though we'll see how they do now that they're repotted at home. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Everyone was a joy to work with.

One of the few surviving nurseries in the Denver metro area. They off a great tour of their behind the scenes grow operation.

I stopped by to get a couple pots and left $200 poorer with a new collection of various pothos, ivy, and ferns (and more pots than anticipated). Several months later, I'm still so happy with my impulsively purchased plants! They were obviously well cared for before I got them and the soil/moss I bought for potting them is of nice quality. My plants are the first thing I see when I wake up the morning - this has literally increased my quality of life.

Just Fantastic! This nursery is a pure joy to visit. The pricing is always competitive, and the staff always knowledgeable and helpful. I particularly love their tree selection and perennials. Been shopping here for years and never had a bad experience. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate. It's worth the drive!

All of the staff was very helpful, and the employees seemed to enjoy their job. James, the associate that helped me to find a nice plant as a birthday gift for my boss, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a beautiful job picking the plant, advising which pot I should use and potting the plant for me. This place is huge, and they have an extensive selection of gorgeous plants. The fact that the employees seemed eager to help, made this a very pleasant experience.

This is a nice place to get plants, equipment and other things for gardening. They also have a good Christmas tree selection around holiday time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My family has been going there for decades and we've always been happy with their products.

You can find everything you need at this store! string of hearts, succulents, orchids, trees, air plants, Hoyas, pothos, peperomias. I was not disappointed. They have a large indoor house plant section and a huge gardening decor and tools section. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly when I have visited. Best of all they actually have sales! You'll most likely find discounts throughout the store and earn reward points if you join their member program. If you love plants give them a visit.
