During Panorama's landscaping of my neighbor's front yard, I was told that this company would be putting in a sprinkler system next to mine. I told them where my system ran and I said I would call my landscaping company to activate the system so they could locate the sprinkler heads and lines, and not cause any damage. However, the following Monday, when my landscaper showed up, he found that Panorama had indeed severed my line.
My landscaper went ahead and repaired it. I have tried several times to contact Panorama to have them reimburse me for the cost of the repairs. I have yet to receive a reply from them. Since they caused the damages it is only right that they reimburse me.

Where to begin. This has been by far, the WORST experience we have ever had with a landscape company. Unfortunately, our HOA, M&M services hires them. We have contacted them for help, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Today I called Panorama Coordinated Services myself because M&M is a joke. AVOID like the plague if you care about customer service or your yard.
We have asked this company on NUMEROUS occasions not to drive over our property line when they are coming to plow the sidewalk. I decided I am not going to take this anymore today. Nice just doesn't get the point across I guess. Our home is on a corner that backs up to a neighborhood park that is on their list to plow. Two weeks ago, PCS, Inc. came to our home to repair an area of rock and weed mat that they admitted to destroying. However, it wasn't repaired properly.
They just moved it all back over and called it a day. There is still dirt and debris in the rock and the weed mat is still ripped. The damage was caused when PCS, Inc. drove their plowing equipment (tracked lawnmower with a plow blade) over the curb from the street, over our rock, and then down the sidewalk on our property over the snow! These guys can't even do us the favor of dropping the blade and plowing it (since they are there anyway).
They make it 12 times harder for us to shovel it because they run it over with their tracks. There are 3 areas to get onto the sidewalk without driving over our curb. 1 at each end of the street, and 1 in the center. This is needless damage. And the house on the other corner doesn't have this problem, they continue to plow the side of that home, exit at the ramp at the street, and then drive back down the street.
Then this morning, after 6 inches of snow last night, they did it AGAIN! Who in the world runs a business like this and stays in business? I mean, they were just here to fix something they broke, and they went and broke it again.this is exhausting! I called the HOA really upset.big shocker that they put me on a long hold, so after 25 mins I hung up.
Then I called these jokers.this Panorama whatever and talked to the unfortunate innocent woman that had no choice but to take my call. She was very nice, Morgan thank you. She took my information, including my address, listened to me rant on and on about our debacle, she took notes and insisted she was sorry for this issue and let me know she would have someone get back to me soon.
I was called 2 hrs later by some woman (who's name I don't remember), because she was AWFUL! This idiot asked me for my address so she could look up my house on google maps.ugh What? I gave Morgan my address. Didn't you get the rundown from Morgan? She then told me that either I could give her my address, or she would have to place me on hold to go to Morgan and get the address.
So incredibly rude, seriously?! I would have thought that maybe whomever was calling me back would have already LOOKED UP MY HOUSE and known this situation!?!? Are you effing serious? I'm going to save you all from the particulars here, needless to say, that person was NOT helpful and told me I should contact them early next season to remind them NOT to do this again.
And that is when I hung up on her and decided to write this review. Save yourselves! Heartache, Frustration, Disrespect and bad Landscaping is what we got with this company. Besides Morgan, she ROCKS! She is the 1 star you guys got from me. At least she was nice.

AVOID! Terrible company constantly no showing for snow removal. No response to calls and emails for service updates from owner and staff. You have to beg them to show up for contracted assignments. Whenever they do arrive usually a day or 2 after a storm work is sloppy and 1/2 done. I first signed up years ago when it was Napp landscape. has gone steadily down hill from there. Rude staff member, Natalie, will try and blame you for the company's shortcomings. Pure trash!

Like the last couple reviews, terrible service. Tried to schedule my winter blowout and left messages 4 times - the last one stating I would take my business elsewhere - then I get a call to schedule. When the scheduled day comes nobody shows up. Really poor service from what used to be a great company. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I've had nothing but success from my two projects with Panorama at my home in north Longmont. First they installed a 6-zone sprinkler system in 2007 and it worked without a glitch for 10 years until one valve went out, quickly repaired. System is still running fine in 2020. Then this spring I had them repair some lawn damage I incurred in fall 2019 from an overdose of liquid Sevin spray. Panorama expertly installed about 450 sq. ft. of sod from Green Hills Sod Farm (Berthoud) and the results were a perfect blend with my existing 45-yr-old bluegrass front lawn.

Our Panorama designed backyard garden is the highlight of our home! From initial design to completion we couldn't be happier with the folks at Panorama. The backyard of our new home was a mess and in need of professional help. The project manager at Panorama listened to what we wanted and working with us, came up with a wonderful design which included creating slight rolling elevations where only flat grass had existed before.
The real magic happened, though, when the plan became a reality each day-by-day. In just a week the backyard of our dreams came to fruition and now we spend countless hours enjoying the backyard as an extension of our home. It's become our favorite room.
