Yard Elves did a lawn/leaf maintenance project that included removing years of heavy pine needles. They also bid for and carried out a landscaping project that involved leveling ground, installing weedblock, and installing rocks to improve groundcover. Their work has been excellent -- we are very happy with the results.

Our neighbor Dan hired Yard Elves 2 years ago; his backyard is beautiful. Dan's garden prompted us to get a quote from Yard Elves for our backyard transformation. A year ago, Alan and Nicole turned our blank backyard (new construction) into a tasteful master garden with a flagstone patio. We have a low maintenance beautiful garden with the perfect patio which we use in all seasons. Nicole suggested installing a rain chain, we had never heard of a rain chain.
Instead of a gutter, we have a long beautiful copper chain of cups (rain chain) that adds to our gorgeous yard. We continue to get numerous compliments on the yard from those walking by, especially now with the Lilac, Iris, and Roses in full bloom. We'd recommend Yard Elves to anyone who wants to have a one of a kind yard. Many thanks for an awesome job! Keith and Yvette

For the past 4 years I have had Yard Elves mow and trim my rental. The guys who service it are great! But, Calvin and Joe stand out above the rest. They truly care to make sure the yard is always well kept and my lawn is greener than when I moved it! I have 2 adorable dogs and they always took care to say hello and accept kisses. Calvin was our primary snow removal and Joe just started this year with mowing. I want to keep them forever as my lawn care specialists.

The Yard Elves team just completed my full backyard landscaping and I could not be happier with what they delivered. I was expecting it to look good, but the level of detail and time that they took to make sure that everything was up to their standards exceeded my expectations. The entire team was polite, courteous, and treated my yard as if it were their own. I did not intend to set such a bar for my neighbors, but Yard Elves did nonetheless.

We're incredibly happy we decided to have Yard Elves complete a large landscape project in our backyard. Nicole, Allen and all of their crew were wonderful throughout the whole process. They take the time to ensure quality in everything they do, and it really shows in our garden box, berm and the entire design. We were initially impressed with the way they were able to quickly map out a design upon seeing our yard during our initial meeting with them.
In talking with them it was clear they were an experienced team. We were also pleased that they went above and beyond to meet a completion deadline we had for the project. We now look forward to spending time in our backyard. As a company they really aim to please and take pride in the quality of their work. I did my research and went with Yard Elves because they had good reviews. They did not disappoint! Nicole and Alan were great to work with from the very beginning and designed the back yard of my dreams. All of their workers are amazing. They are all professional, kind and extremely hard working. Al, Nicole, Alex, Carlos and the rest of the crew at Yard Elves went above and beyond to redo our front yard landscape. Our yard isn't the easiest with the slope. I initially thought I could tackle the project but I am so glad that I did not attempt it and let Yard Elves to it. They built some of the flag stone patio and one of retaining walls 15 years ago and it was still holding up great but we needed a little more room for the side driveway beside our house.
They completely redid the retaining wall and did an amazing job! In addition they did new sprinklers, border rock and even added a river like rock bed. It was looking so good that we ended up hiring them to do additional work to extend our flagstone patio they did 15 years ago. They do the best flagstone work around! Large pieces of flagstone cut to fit in a beautiful puzzle.
Even with all the stuff going on in 2020 they were able to knock this out of the park. I know it's done right and built to last. I highly recommend them. I will hire them for future projects around my property!

Yard Elves completed a full yard renovation with a sprinkler installation for me. They took on the project during a busy time with fairly short notice. Despite being busy, they did a great job. They were good about paying attention to the details and when unseen issues emerged during the job they took the time to fix them correctly. Whenever decisions were needed, they were quick to get my opinion and always had a lot of knowledge on the subjects.
Since the renovation, they have continued to maintain the sprinklers and yard. It has made my life easier since they are always available and maintain everything without issue.

My 20 year old yard needed a refresh. Alan and Nicole provided the vision for a new yard layout and created a plan that they promptly executed. They redid the sprinkler system, removed stumps, regraded and resodded, and thoughtfully chose rocks and plants that would compliment our house. They paused the project when an unexpected home repair came up and even drew from past knowledge to help troubleshoot it.
They communicated consistently, everyone on the team was professional, and after the project was done they followed up to ensure that the sod/plants were thriving and made tweaks. I highly recommend Yard Elves for a future project.

Yard Elves has been providing residential lawn, landscape, and snow removal services to us for nearly the entire 25 years of their existence and I cannot possibly say enough good things about this local family-owned and operated business. Alan, Nicole, Calvin, and their entire team at Yard Elves are one of the most professionally responsive and quality-driven service operations I have experienced in my nearly 35 years of owning property in Fort Collins, and I cannot imagine having anyone else ever fulfill our never-ending need for lawn, landscape, and snow removal services for our home and pool-house that are consistently delivered in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Yard Elves - Knowledgeable, Professional, Careful, Trustworthy We called Yard Elves for 2017 autumn trim and maintenance. The front yard xeriscape is a BIG project. We wanted pros to get the job done, and done right. They came, they estimated, they performed: trim, prune, weed whack, mulch, clean-up, haul away. I had TONS of questions which were answered carefully, confidently, and backed with years of experience. The property looks GREAT! We're booking them for 2018, too. I honestly and highly recommend Yard Elves, Inc.
