Our 5-step process provides you the ability to understand your desired outcome, budget, theme, and maintenance level. Starting with a visionary visit to your home, Landscapes Plus designs your desired exterior space utilizing the latest in 3-dimensional landscape software. Simply put, we can present you with a detailed picture of your desired space before your purchase. We are well seasoned in providing full service, from 3D design services through yearly management and beautification.
Your first contact from Landscapes Plus will come for an onsite analysis of your exterior space. With any project at your home, it is important to establish a relationship with the designer. This is to ensure that you feel comfortable with their ideas and directions for your property. During the consultation, we will discuss and listen to your needs as well as work to gain an understanding of your long-term plan for the home. This is a very important aspect of the consultation because our design ideas need to suit your personal plans and family's needs.
The first stage of this process is the 3D concept plan. The plan will provide an overview of all areas being addressed. Landscapes Plus's meeting will also include pricing, product selections, samples, and the planting schedule. The overall goal of the 3D concept plan is to ensure you share our vision for an incredible landscape design Lakeville, MN and nearby residents will love.
On approval of the concept plan, Landscapes Plus will communicate its plans with local cities and townships as there may be aspects that require a building permit application to be completed. At this point, a detailed itemized quotation will be completed with relevant costs associated with the installation of your desired design.

Amazing customer service, thank you David! I phoned Landscape Plus today expecting to pay for a new / replacement deck light but I'm now waiting for some replacement parts FOC (under warranty) which are apparently super easy to swap over. It sounds simple, but so many companies don't have the basics covered.

Working with this company was like pulling teeth! I called to set up an appointment with them, and the guy was almost two hours late. He called me before the original time, saying he would be an hour late. Then he called me again to allow for another half an hour. having called me on accident instead of another customer in the meantime. He came to survey my home at last that day to see what I had in mind, spent perhaps two minutes there, then jumped back into his truck and left.

He promised to get back to me with an estimate. 2-3 weeks ago. I know this is his busy season (August), but at least do me the courtesy of calling me back and saying "sorry, I'm overbooked." Nope. Never heard from him again. I even tried calling him back to say I would be taking my business elsewhere. his phone's mailbox is full and I couldn't even leave a message. Don't I feel like a valued customer? :P
