I hired Olympic Landscape to redo my small backyard last year. They came up with a good plan and listened to my input. The schedule ended up being accelerated and the work took the amount of time they said. The team was professional and helpful. There was one snafu that they resolved right away. I'm very happy with the result.

Critical: Professionalism We needed snow removal on our property. I spoke to their snow person 5 times and was promised over and over they would be there. 4 days later and they have not come and our parking lot is a nightmare for our parishioners.

Called to have my irrigation system winterized and was told I was placed on a waitlist and they would get back to me in a week. 2 weeks later I called them again to ask what was going on. Reception staff was very polite and got me an appt for the upcoming Monday. Monday comes and goes and I see an email long after the appt was missed stating I got rescheduled to Friday from 11-130 time frame. Okay. Friday at 1:35 no one shows so I call and reception staff tell me I got rescheduled to a window of 3-5.

Wish they had called since I waited for them to show up all day, but okay, sure, maybe they're running behind. 5:15 and no phone call and no show. I call the office but they close at 4:30. Their reception staff are polite but there is nothing else nice to say. Use someone else. They wasted two full days of my time.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness WARNING! Do not use this! Will not take responsibility for their error which caused a fine from the water company. Additionally when the error was questioned they stated they would no longer do business with this household, what kind of customer service is that?! Don't get screwed by them too! Service: Irrigation system repair / maintenance

Very poor communication. I have a pondless fountain that needed the pump repaired. Made an appt on a Monday for the tech to come between 10-12. Tech doesn't show. I ask the company where the tech is, they tell me that he was here at 9:58 a.m. and no one answered the door, a phone call, and that our fountain was working fine. Only one problem. We have a ring doorbell and cameras all around our house. Tech was never here, and our fountain is in our BACKYARD. Appt was rescheduled for the next Wednesday. Tech will be here between 9-11. Tech doesn't show. I talk to the office.he's running late and should be at our house around 1:30. It's now 4:30.no show. Choose a different company.

I had the backflow testing done from Olympic Landscape and they said the test was failed and wanted to charge me another $350 to get it fixed. I thought something was off and it shouldn't cost this much.so I contacted a different tester to make sure and they said the previous tester did not test my backflow at all! The 2nd tester said there was no way the 1st tester could test my device and without closing the shut off valve handles which were buried in hardpan dirt.

It would take years for the dirt to get that hard. Turns out the 2nd tester only need to take out the check valve and clean up the dirt inside and that helped pass the checks. So glad i contacted another tester for my backflow or else I would have gotten robbed by Olympic Landscape.

Left a message with them to get an estimate on a project and they returned my call the same day. I was able to sit down with Autumn (she was great) at the appointed time and work things through. She listened to what my wife and I wanted and has communicated throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone

We bought a new constructed home which had a steep slope in the backyard down to the back fence which backed to a wooded greenbelt. After a year the rain in Puyallup was eroding it badly. So I called around for ideas and estimates. Jesse from Olympic took one look and knew exactly what was needed. The result was fabulous! We gained more level grassy backyard (which they seeded) and the terraced retaining wall is perfect. They went beyond our expectations in completing the job!

Scheduled an appointment and have large cement steps installed. Staff debated who should take on the task internally. They called back and presented a time and I adjusted my schedule to support. They called 4 hours prior to the time and wanted to come earlier and I could not support but I said if I can support earlier time, I will call back. The staff told me to leave a message if I could support an earlier time.

I called back one hour prior to state I'm available. They called back within 5 min after my call and canceled. They requested I call back and request a new appointment a week later. I was very disappointed and very unprofessional for a first time contact.

Having moved into a new home late last summer, the winter was spent looking for a landscaping service that could be counted on for 5-star work in consideration of quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness and timeliness. These are hard criteria to meet in a landscaping service expected to carry the job from design to completion on a total remake of front and back yards. (There are lots of companies out there that would have you believe they meet the mark, but when you get to the bottom line, there are often problems that indicate otherwise.) So, after months of research, I finally decided to go with Olympic Landscape, basing my choice at last on the recommendation from a 5-star firm in North Seattle who did not do work in the south end. Nervous?

You bet. Satisfied with the outcome? Over and above expectations. As with any major project, delays (think coronavirus, e.g.), changes and work-arounds are common. So, stay reasonably flexible and you will not be disappointed at all. The Olympic Landscape Team worked with me on all fronts and just did a brilliant job. I intend to maintain my working relationship with the company for years to come and that pretty much says it all.

Terrible customer service! Called in September about updating landscape lighting. Spoke with Maria who set appointment with Jesse for Oct. 13 at 1 pm. Date came and went and Jesse was a no show. I called the office fore three consecutive days after and each time was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Extremely unprofessional. Be advised!
