Highly recommended. I have been researching and planning to install a pondless waterfall in our backyard for over a year. I knew that I wanted a specialist to ensure that we got what we wanted. Mark, Dan and the team were informative, efficient, and truly professional from start to finish. Dan is a true artist. We were able to customize the waterfall to meet our needs and budget.

They were on-time, courteous, efficient, took tremendous care of our landscaping, and left the site cleaner than when they got here. The service after the installation has also been excellent. We had one minor post-installation issue and they promptly addressed it the same day that I let them know. The quality and service exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend their services to anyone. We couldn't be happier with the transformation.

When I decided to build a pond, looking for answer's to questions on the internet, I came across this company and their videos. Their videos are very helpful and informative. Even though they are across the country from me, I could call them to ask questions, always receiving professional, courteous responses. Wonderful group of people!

Dan built our fantasy pond masterfully and efficiently. He and his coworkers were were warm and friendly. It was a pleasure to watch them work. It is even more of a pleasure to get to live with this beautiful water feature on a daily basis. I am grateful that this family business shares their many talents with their customers.

I had Mark install a "retreat" pond in my backyard. I am very pleased with both the process and the outcome. The pond looks like it belongs in our backyard. Mark came out and provided an estimate, scheduled a time (they are busy so add several months to your project plan), and came out and did the pond in 2 days. They came out when they said, they completed the work when they said, and they were very interactive with me on my thoughts on the pond and even moved some things around that weren't pond related. Highly recommend. It's pricey, but it's worth it!

Without a doubt our Pondless Waterfall is majestic, beautiful, amazing and any other words you could imagine. Every step of the way was a wonderful experience. I truly in my wildest dreams could not have envisioned what was created. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a pond or a water feature, this company is by far the company to use. Mark The Pond Guy listened to our wants and was always responsive to my questions. His crew showed up on time and took care not to damage my landscaping. Dan was amazing to work with.
