Update: I waited a while for a proposal and thought they forgot about it or they weren't interested. But it came through. In the meantime I did some of the work myself and they adjusted the proposal accordingly. They came out shortly after I signed the proposal and they did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier.

Not real cheap, but at least they don't do the work we arranged for. Have been a long time customer. Arranged for certain tasks to be performed.now a month later not done. Answering machine when i call. Time for a change.
