Critical: Quality They mow where we live and it looks horrible. They don't trim, there's patches of grass umowed, uneven lines. Whole community looks like garbage. don't even weed wack. Horrible

Pretty sketchy. I called to get an estimate for my landscape. He said sure. How did you hear about us. I stated I've seen his trucks. He then went on to say explain to me exactly what my trucks look like. I immediately hung up, he continued to call me back. I blocked his number

Thinking of using Lakeview for your commercial plowing? Think again. They don't show up on weekends, and feel that 8:15 arrival is ok for plowing the foot of snow from the parking lot this morning. I do not recommend them for any commercial accounts. A disappointed customer.

Employee's are treated like trash! If you are seeking employment I advise you to consider all other options prior to applying here. That is unless you desire to start out at minimum wage even with 7 years of verifyable experience. Also promises of raises and promotions are made and not followed through with! I quit this job on three separate occasions due to: other employees using drugs on the job with out consequence after being turned in, foreman having no knowledge of how to efficiently lead crew members, Foremans lack of knowledge on company policy, and the lack of follow through from the maintenance side supervisor on the promises he made to get me to return each time!

Lakeview sucks. Their drivers are untrained on plowing and if they show up AT ALL, they do a terrible job. My apartment complex uses their services and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I have not been able to get out of my parking lot after any snow this year.
