Cliff removed my old koi pond and built me a beautiful pondless waterfall and stream. They know their stuff. The team was polite clean respectful and helpful. I was moving some plants around and they helped me with the heavy ones. The Pondless turned out beautiful. It has a little water wicking over the edge and they came back and fixed quickly. Wonder team. The best. I'll definitely call them again for my waterscape needs.

Cliff and his team are excellent. They built me a aquascape pond that me and my family are very happy with. The pond is almost 3 years old now. Its matured nicely, the koi are healthy and even spawned twice. The water is clear and cleaned. Cliff is a professional in every aspect, from the beginning to the end. The job was completed earlier than estimated and the cleanup was so efficient that one could never tell that there had been any construction work done. We have contracted Terrascapes to build a fish pond which is one of the items on my bucket list. Cliff responded to my call immediately and squeezed in a quick meeting with my husband and me to design the pond of our dream. His schedule is so tight that we had to wait for 3 months to get started. He has informed us from the beginning that we would have to wait to get started. Cliff constantly communicate with before and during the building.

We are over the moon when the pond completed. The pond was better than what I had dreamed. A few months after the completion of the pond, we had algae problem. Cliff taught us how to maintain the pond and helped us to find what we need. He has always very supportive even after the pond was completed. You don't find any contractors nowadays that returns your call after the job is done. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in building a water feature.

We had an old abused pond that we moved over and made bigger. Cliff had a beautiful waterfall put in with logs and big beautiful rocks and plants. We are still learning about our pond but we love it and our koi love it as well.

There is nothing like the soothing tranquil sound of our waterfall to end my day or welcome my morning. The team at Terrascspes made our hill come alive. We gave them a patch of dirt and they went above and beyond to create a special space for us. It is now an extension of our home, inviting us outside. The lighting at night makes it an enjoyable space to view from inside as well.

Was always a dream of mine to have a Koi pond, not just any pond, but something beautiful. In a few words. "LOVE MY POND" Terrascape exceeded my expectations and stayed within my budget. Only problem is tearing myself away from it to go to work. Brings my (small) yard to life with the peaceful sound of the waterfall. I have had my pond since 2/21 and my water is so clear, great quality filtration system was used. Cliff is always there when you need him, even after the job is completed.

Their price was very fair, they began working on our project within days of paying our deposit and they completed the job within the time frame quoted. Just a shout out to the boys at Terrascapes! Told Cliff I needed a rebuild on a pond that I built myself about 20 years ago. He drew up several designs utilizing most of the existing pond. In a week they turned my leaky hole in the ground into an oasis. Deeper with lights, plants new rocks and liner. Cliff's crew was a well oiled machine! I would definitely use them again. Thinking about a stream snaking through the yard. Maybe next year.

I met Cliff for a leak in my established pond, occurred after workers attempted to remove tree roots. He said he knows what do and I trusted him happily and totally. He emptied the pond and power washed it which made the pond act like a new and unestablished environment. One of my fish died and he didn't even care. Pond is ruined, auto fill is not wot and he couldn't fix it.

The Initial price for the pond was $2700 and ended up $4400. He ruined all my surround sound system in the backyard. The $3900 landscaping turned to ugly cheap flowers The lighting system he installed were ridiculous ( each light looked different) and only 6 of them. He wanted to charge more and more over price for extra lights! $800 for $150 light sets., he didn't do the concrete part and wanted to charge me another $5500 for it, which was originally included.

His bills are vague and generalized so he can keep adding to the price. All he thinks is money and how to charge you more. My pond is full of algae and I have to manually add water to it because he ruined its system. Please don't trust him.

We had just moved into our home in September. Our home had an above ground pond already in place. We just needed a facelift for it, we were told we could get a Toyota Camry or a Mercedez Benz, we went with the Mercedez Benz but got a lifted Geo Metro. The lot of the work done to the pond was using our existing materials from around the yard, they installed a filtration system.

We had large pots for our potted plants that are now hosting plants in the pond, we had large rocks for our indoor aquarium that are now hosting moss in the pond outside, we didn't get the option of using our stuff how we wanted. We were quoted and paid the invoice amount thinking we'd be getting decent service but it was an uphill battle to get the work completed and looking nice. $6400.00 is a lot of money for a pond and waterfall that was existing.

Equipment was closer to $2700.00 after doing the math of it all and feeling ripped off by Cliff. They didn't run the piping through the wall but went up and over exposing the white PVC which I had to ask them to cover with rocks at least so it's not exposed. Uuuuugghhhh this was such a frustrating process and I'm glad we fired Cliff and his services. He does not keep his word, I will never recommend this person or his skills as a pond expert.

I've been following Aquascapes on FB and youtube for a few months before I submitted my information for a certified aquascape contractor in my area. Cliff had a great understanding of my pond environment, as did the two guys working with the pond. They handled the Koi Fish as I would have wanted to myself. Cliff is a great pond builder and as a close personal friend and fellow professional in the pond industry we sent to lead to him recently that I thought would take him a week to get to and he called the customer the very 1st day and was on site by the end of the day to give the customer an estimate and I can't say any more about how professional this is
