Very Disappointed! Landesign has the contract at the apartment complex I live in, and they are always doing nothing. They just happen to park right in front of my building and talk in the truck it is a party. At lunch time they sit on the lawn but today they lunched on the sidewalk right in front of my door. It was really comical. If it was not so annoying.

I called the company to give them a heads up on this behavior and the person at the office basically told me it was alright. I was told I should of asked them to move. Well the picture will explain. I am sure that there are many other Landscapers who would love a big contract at a lesser cost. You decide. I am just appalled at the lack of customer service and by the way the men were not wearing masks during work and sitting in front of my doorway. They left more garbage than they picked up. I do not recommend this company especially during COVID-19.

Landesign is the most professional Landscaping company that I have worked with. Currently, they are servicing a multi-housing community that I manage and they do a beautiful job. In fact a lot of residents and prospects comment on our beautiful landscaping. Aside from doing an amazing job with upkeep, our account manager Stacy is amazing. He is so professional, courteous and responsive. I could not be happier with Landesign and there services :!

Thease people are horrible there contract did not even come close to expectations and there rep michael arsanalt is rude and i herd him being super mean to some girl on his phone then he ripped out of the parking lot at a high speed with no reguard for public saftey i spoke with the labor workers they said he is always like that. we will not be dealing with land design again.

I have to give an amazing review to LanDesign here in Santa Rosa. We were fire survivors and just recently finished our house! We worked with LanDesign shortly after starting construction. We fortunately had a copy of our original landscape plan which Bob Drews used to reconstruct a estimate from for our insurance company which they completed at no charge for their customers.

Then the real work happened! Bob and Sarah Fuersteau reviewed this plan and made recipes s to take out all the flammable plant choices our previous designer included. They made lots of great suggestions to be fire safe which was very high on our list of requirements. We also worked with them to install a small vineyard mostly for fire safety. The results are gorgeous!

Their crews were very careful and cleanly and worked so hard to make everything gorgeous! Our daughter is getting married next month in our yard and everything will be at its peak! Thanks LanDesign for your professional service! We love you guys!

I tried to get a bid for a sizable commercial project from this firm for over 5 weeks. I dealt with Bob who was extremely courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the owner, John handles all the bids. John never calls back nor replies no matter how many times you contact his friendly office staff. The owner evidently doesn't care, or doesn't need new clients or relationships (referrals). Each time I called, Bob had to sympathetically apologize on behalf of John for his failure to respond.

They do an OK job with the grass and shrubs. Although we have to tell them when the grass is looking brown and I've seen several scrubs die because Landesign did nothing about it except dig them up afterwards and not even tell us. As for trees this is where they really suck. Our contract with them calls for them to let us know if any tree is showing signs of stress regardless of the reason.

They have never once brought a tree to our attention. At this point we have one dead tree and about half of our trees are showing stress from lack of water. We have pointed this out to the foreman four times and the only times that any thing has been done is when we have specifically told him what to do and in each case that has been done incorrectly.

And still don't tell us when another tree needs attention. This is particularly bad sense we are a Home owners association and expect them to let us know when there is a problem so that we can decide what to do about it. We have a sizable contract with them, one would expect better service.

This review is mostly reflecting the quality of service Bob with Landesign has shown our HOA board since we gave Landesign the contract to maintain our townhome complex a little over a year ago. The company we had before was ok, but their prices for additional and new work was always super high to the point we eventually opened it up to proposals.

We went with Bob from Landesign and can honestly say we couldn't be happier. We needed some new plantings to liven up the place and Bob gave us a proposal which we went for. In the proposal it stated that they would replace anything that didn't live and sure enough they did when we lost some plants in the winter. They do what they say they will do. The workers are good as well. The place looks better now than it did before. i would definitely recommend Bob.

I have been using Landesign for over a year now. The quality of Landesign's work is acceptable. when a supervisor is present. Otherwise, you can expect the job to get done extremely quick and little for your money. The communication and follow through with management has been less than stellar, which is my main problem. Bob, the business developer, is friendly, but not reliable and lacks follow through.

I had to ask repeateadly for him to see to it extra services they advertise, and I'd requested, were performed. The best thing he did was put someone else in charge to see our property was being serviced properly. Murillo, the manager, does excellent work and I hold nothing against him. Jon, the owner, decided to let us go, when I pointed out they'd billed me for 4 visits last month, yet neglected to come out one week due to rain.

I stated I'd like to have the crew out for a make-up day, or get that day refunded. After arguing my point, that letting it go two weeks violates our contract, Jon decided it best to discontinue working with us than follow through. Needless to say, I'm appalled. We paid $725/mo for their crew to come out once a week, I take it they have too much work and can afford to let us go because the owner is arrogant and doesn't like being told to honor his written agreements. Our family is now looking for honest landscaping business' in Sebastopol, one with people who work hard and a company that believes in showing integrity.
