Love the new items! So many cute NH made crafts and beautiful plants.and Ice cream to boot! You have to check it out.

Tried to change me for items I didn't buy, too expensive, very unprofessional staff (swearing etc). Edit: This review is for the retail store, on Mast Rd in Goffstown, not landscaping services

They have done a nice job setting up shop! There is so much more out back there than you'd expect! The Christmas trees were a bit expensive at $75 for a 6 footer, but many places had already sold out. The gift shop is a bit sparse, but they are still setting up and the stock they has was nice. You can see the great potential there.

One of the guys chewed up the outdoor rug with the lawn mower infront of the door at my work, never said a word. So rude, even if it was an accident Atleast say sorry!

Not recommended. We had hired this company for the large project of killing the weeds on our lawn, hydro seeding, and installing an irrigation system. We grossly overpaid for what we got done, and we found the management to be non-responsive and disorganized. Talk to other purveyors to price shop. Get a DETAILED, WRITTEN explanation of what the money you pay will cover and when the work will be done.

Understand upfront what will happen if you pay and then don't get what you thought the contact said you would. No one should have to hire a lawyer to get yard work done- life is too busy.

Probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with! They NEVER answer, NEVER call back. Leave you a message telling you to make sure water is on turnt on for irrigation system, then show up and leave a note telling you that it actually needs to be off! They tell you that they're in the neighborhood AFTER you do turn the water off for the rest of the day while you're daughter is working remote all day and just NEVER show up.

You call, leave messages, multiple actually and just never hear back. The lady I spoke with twice was the rudest, coldest lady ever. I found another company and will NEVER, EVER use this company again.

We have been using Greenthumb for over a year now. We get a lot of compliments on how are yard looks. The guys do a wonderful job and are very efficient. It took us a long time to get a decent looking yard and finally we have one!

We had lot of work done in our backyard and could not be happier with the results. Green Thumb was completely professional, timely and neat. The area of our yard was hard to design and Green Thumb helped make a large space that fit everything we needed. They helped us pick the shrubs and plants and it has completely transformed our backyard space! We get complements all the time. Not to mention they were extremely affordable compared to some of the other prices we received. We could not be happier!

My husband and I had such an awful experience with this company that we also contacted the BBB. We have a newly planted beautiful Blue Spruce and asked them to make sure that the sprinklers they were installing for our neighbor NOT hit this tree. At first the person we asked told us not a problem, and having my own sprinklers installed a couple of years back, Im well aware that you can make adjustments at the end if need be. Now, we've tried calling them also left a message and still nothing. Contacted our neighbor, who by the way, was never even shown how to make an adjustment on his own system.

He was watching a video to accommodate us and was left with NO adjustment even if he knew how. Unfortunately, Mr. sprinkler needs to come back and make that adjustment. DON'T LIE TO ME with a smile on your face! :)) Oh by the way, the star I had to click on in order for this to post, you don't even come close to deserving.
