They make you pay up front for the install but then it takes 2 months to get anything installed. They Canceled our original appointment then promised to be at our home first thing the next day and it's now noon time and still waiting, very poor customer service and they act like they don't give a shit when you call asking when they will be here. Not happy with this company at all and will probably never go back unless our trees die because we got the install with the one year warranty.stay tuned.

Love, love, love this place! At the last minute I had to come up with plants for a landscaping project. Steve spent a lot of time working with me, basically making a design plan on the fly from a few pictures of the house and area. Then we walked through the nursery to see options and tag the plants and trees. I felt like a kid in a candy shop! Most wonderful experience I’ve had in long time. Steve was great - funny and knowledgeable, listening and then putting into play a vision for a lovely front yard. Highly recommend Faulkner’s!

Had stone dust delivered several times this summer for various projects and delivery was always very timely! Angel, one of their delivery drivers, was wonderful! I even requested him for today's delivery. In the pouring rain, when he had to physically shovel a majority of the sand out, he was cheerful and a pleasure to do business with. Many KUDOS to Angel!

We had a very informative time talking with TJ today about our apple tree and which types of apple trees we should buy to pollinate the one we have it was a wonderful experience and we will be back in the near future

My boyfriend found this place for us to check out and I absolutely loved it. They didn't have all their inventory out but hopefully by the mid of April. The staff was very informant and I end up leaving with two beautiful plants that I can't wait to bloom. Definitely going back again to see what other goods they're going have there.

There are a lot of pretty trees and the people working there were very efficient.

Jeanna’s suggestions for the Miss Kim Lilac & Rose of Sharon will help to take the sting away from the telephone pole & guy wire. The Hakuro Nashiki (Whispy Willow) pink bush just pops with pink! They were very helpful with having me make the right decision about which trees to choose for my small yard and did an excellent job with installation.

I've driven past this place for years since I work on the same road. My wife and I just bought a new home and she wanted a weeping Cherry tree. I called them and was told they have some so off we went to look. OMG this place is H U G E! Their trees/shrubs/plants all look in excellent health, their selection is amazing! We (having only checked big box stores) thought we could fit tree in my car. WRONG their trees were beautiful and much larger then any I have seen.

We decided to ask if they could deliver so we start with a grown tree rather than a sapling that looks like a twig. We spoke with Gina who could NOT have been nicer, she tagged the tree plus since we had not seen anything as nice as what they have almost a dozen more! No pressure no sales pitch but she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR? Prices honestly were no more than big box stores that plants were brown, small and would take years to reach this size. AND.they will even plant them! Need bushes trees? RUN don't walk to Faulkner!

I called another company in Manchester and had very confused people who couldn't answer me on what soil to use then I called this company and had the nicest lady help me with confident answers. I will use them every year.

My Mother passed away last week and as I was with her she was surrounded by lilac flowers from bushes at her house. As a memoriam I wanted to get a white lilac bush to plan at my house. TJ was awesome- at first we could not find what I was looking for so he was determined to make my memoriam a reality. He gave my wife and I instructions on how we could grow lilac bushes from her plants and it would be like taking a part of her home with us.

In the end, we were able to find what I was looking for and got a great deal on them. It was awesome that I wa snore than just a sale to TJ, he was trying to help me solve a problem. This place is top notch on Customer service!

Faulkners came highly recommended to me so I gave them a try last Fall. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable and all phone calls were returned in a timely manor. Steve came out and planned out a tentative garden plan and told be it could be done in a few weeks and will get right on my estimate. After 4 weeks went by no estimate so I called and he was out but not to worry he was busy.

Then another few weeks went by still no estimate so I had another company do part of the work because my window was closing for the season. I called again and stated I still wanted them to do all of the planting and was told that Steve had it their at his office and would send it out in about an hour. Nothing! if you were too busy then why waste my time with lies! very bad business practice(two stars because staff was good)

I've been buying my mulch from them for years. I used to spread it myself but that's above my pay grade now. : I live in Hooksett and it's important for me to go local for services. I had mulch delivered and spread yesterday and it looks great!

I stopped recently to get some ideas about a new landscaping project. Shawna did a fantastic job in helping me select just the right shrubs and perennials for my house. What was an overwhelming undertaking turned out to be fun! Thanks, Shawna!

If you aren't a plant expert and have a plant question, you might want to try another nursery. The staff member that I dealt with was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering her from the moment I walked in. I inquired about smaller hanging baskets since all I saw were a few large ones and she said, "What you see is what we have. We really don't do flowers".

Then I asked a few questions about flowery shrubs, rudely, again, she said, "Look honey, I don't know what you're looking for". Well, neither did I, which is why I was asking questions! Needless to say, I didn't buy any plants from her and will never buy anything from there again. I told the rude lady that I will just take some compost and she told me to come back up and pay for it after it was loaded in my truck.

I drove around back, got loaded up, drove back to the front to pay for it. After I paid for it and was backing out, she flagged me down like a mad woman asking if I paid for it. Why, in God's name would I drive around back, get the compost, drive back around to the front, park and then leave without paying?! Super rude lady.

We are so impressed with the work Faulkner's Landscaping did at our property. We had 2 very large retaining walls installed, shrubs, and a grass area. A total professional job. Retaining walls were built with all the proper drainage, and look amazing. Yard was loamed and seeded, and large shrubs planted. Can't say enough good things about the crew.

Very hard working, showed up on time, worked long hours, and were pleasant. Steve was always available and made sure the project was going as we planned. I look forward to working with them again on future landscape projects. Highly, highly recommend.

Great selection, fair pricing but most of all a young man named Benton who is knowledgeable, patient, honest to a fault.

I highly recommend Faulkner's. George designed a beautiful landscape for the front of our house. They are excited to walk you through the property to show you everything that you can purchase, offering up different suggestions as well. Prices are about average for what you are purchasing. Plants and shrubs are incredibly healthy and very well cared for. George worked hard to make sure our plants were delivered next day. When we hardscape our back yard, we will visit them again for another design and purchase.

I love Faulkner's! I have been driving past the establishment for years, looking at their beautiful and skilful displays. I finally decided to drop in after seeing a huge, amazing hydrangea. I was amazed and pleased at the low price (I thought they were going to tell me it was $250+) that I had to purchase it immediately. Don't hesitate to use this excellent landscaping resource, because they are also helpful and knowledgeable!
