Our unique floral arrangements use fresh cut flowers and are designed specifically for each occasion. Visit our Garden Center for all your lawn and garden needs. We offer year-round services and seasonal specials. Additionally, browse our greenhouse, which is fully stocked with live flowering plants and terrariums year round. Madison Beach Hotel recommended this flower shop since they were a local business and would help deliver these exactly when I needed them for a proposal/engagement. I couldn't be happier with the result. At first I was a bit nervous because I typically am very picky about the flowers I order for loved ones but Donna and her team knocked my beach themed engagement arrangement out of the park. For the price, you definitely get what you pay for. The vase and flowers were absolutely stunning. Thank you again!

Thank you Donna! I am, admittedly, picky about flowers - especially when sending as a gift, sight unseen. I just saw photos of The "Bucket of Blooms" delivered and they are outstanding. Beautiful, fresh, quality flowers and a wonderful variety. Ordering and confirmation were a breeze, even when I had a special request. Next time I am back in CT, look forward to stopping by. I called on Sunday, January 2, 2022 expecting to leave a phone message, and Donna answered. Despite the store being closed, she was there getting ready for the upcoming week and took my call. Long story short, today is my sister's birthday and despite not knowing if she would have fresh inventory to make a birthday bouquet or having a delivery person, Donna managed somehow to deliver a beautiful bouquet this afternoon. My sister was thrilled, and so am I. Thanks Donna and team! Josh

I tried several local Guilford florists in an attempt to send an arrangement to my sister for her birthday. Only one florist would do it with an exorbitant delivery charge. By chance I called Madison Flower Shop and they could not be more accommodating. My sister loved the arrangement, it was just beautiful! They are the real deal, excellent customer service and I would definitely order from them again. You get a lot for your money!

Perhaps the flower shop is good, but the landscaping side could use some customer service improvements. First off, I emailed the business requesting an appointment for a landscape project/estimate proposal and was informed that it would take two weeks for a response. Second, when an appointment was made they forgot about it and did not show up. When I called, someone scrambled and did come by and we discussed the project and options.
One week later an estimate (ambiguous) was provided: a. did not set forth the measurements as discussed b. did not provide alternative options to shrubs/trees for privacy and c. had my name wrong. I ended up going with another landscaper who was $3000.00 less expensive, was prompt/responsive and set forth measurements, materials, service to be performed and language in the estimate/proposal that was not ambiguous.
Perhaps this was a one off, but not showing up for an appointment, forgetting a potential customers name and being ambiguous in estimates /proposal doesn't bode well with me. Unfortunate, as it is a beautiful garden center and perhaps it is a busy time of year, but it didn't start off well from the get go.
