Great American Green

I contracted with Great American Green to install a small putting green in our back yard. They did a great job! There were delays outside of their control (non-stop rain and supply chain issues), but they remained in regular touch with us to update the start date. Overall, we are extremely happy with the project, and we got great value from Great American Green. Highly recommended!

Darryl and his team provided a great service and product. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. I'm very pleased with the end results and our backyard has been positively transformed by our decision. We did have his team come back to punch out a few minor problems, which Darryl committed to without hesitation. His team worked hard and listened well.

There is one patch of product that appears to have been from the end of the turf roll in an odd space in our yard, so I'm hoping to resolve this - but I trust it won't be a problem. Highly recommend!

Darryl and his team did a great job removing our old ground cover and replacing it with artificial turf. It looks great! These guys are pro's and they are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I had quoted putting artificial grass in my backyard from three different companies. Great American Green came though with a great price, very professional service and quality work. The team working in my backyard was friendly and the owner Darryl took great proud in his company and the services they provided. We added a stone wall as well which turned out great. I recommend using this company if you want a quality artificial lawn.

I was surprised at how the Great American Green synthetic turf installation process was so clean, and at such a great value as well! They were professional, calm, polite, and friendly, and the result was WONDERFUL.

Darryl and his crew were great. In spite of monsoonal rains, they got the job done on time and it looks amazing. The wife loves it. Our grandson loves it. The dogs love it.

Darryl and his team not only did an outstanding job with our putting green but Mark went over and beyond to make us happy with our fence that a tree company had poorly reinstalled after removing trees in our backyard. Cudos all around! We are very picky! Great job(s)!

Daryl treats his employees worse than trash. He fires his employees when they have medical excuses. I would not work for this employer. 40 years of experience and a terrible attitude.

Horrible Service! Stay Away! The guy I spoke with was named Darrell and right away it seemed like his time was worth more than mine. If you want a personal touch to your service this company is not for you! What a jerk, needless to say, he did not get my business.

Let me start off by saying I have no opinion on the work that Darryl or his company provides. I do however want to let anyone reading this know that Darryl does not stay true to his word and I'm not surprised to see other 1 star reviews. An employee of his backed into my wife's car a few months ago and he requested we get a few quotes and he would take care of the damages.

Over $1000.00 worth of damages might I add! After sending him the quotes (multiple times) he now refuses to answer my calls or voicemails. This is a true reflection of his character and I would not recommend doing business with him.

Darryl and his team nailed my 350 sq. ft. project. His team turned mud and tree roots into beautiful green fake turf that will eliminate muddy shoes, turned ankles and allow for easy rolling of carts. They did it despite lots of requirements and concerns - drainage concerns, large tree roots, tennis courts nearby that couldn't have sand washing onto them, budget limitations, inclement weather, 4 large gates that had to swing freely, etc.

After posting on Home Advisor, Darryl is the only team that called me back. He was responsive and came in right at our budget. His team was a pleasure to work with. They came prepared and did a great job of communicating my options whenever we ran into a decision point or concern. Everyone who sees the turf asks for Darryl's card. I had a great experience and will be using GAG for any future landscaping projects.

The name starts with Great and that is what was provided. Within budget and time as quoted. Derryl was the best to work with and a one year warranty to booth.
