I worked there. The last foreman I had while working for this company said quote "you no need talk to work" when responding to my frustrations about not being able to communicate with him to get clear directions. He spoke almost exclusively in Spanish. His communication skills were limited to throwing his hands up, giving me a scowl, and sulking. I am by no means a religious person, but I would have you refer to the story of the tower of Bable, to make a valid point.
There were however some very knowledgable individuals I learned a lot from. That is why I give two stars. It is just painfully obvious which employees this company values more, and they are not those who were born here.
