Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness I started my lawn venture back in March. They asked for a $50 deposit before they even told me the amount of time I would be looking at to get my flower beds done. Then 4 more weeks to call me for the estimate. Very expensive. Constantly calling them.

Very rude company. I bought a lawn care service on Groupon and when I called to get an appointment, I had to wait for someone to call me back. A week later when no one did I called again and got the same response, then again a few days later. They finally called me 3 days later with an appointment for the next week and never showed and never called.
When I called to see why the woman had no idea why but they rescheduled me for another week later. 3 weeks it took. I asked to speak to a manager about why they were operating in this manner and the manager was very rude asking me to prove how long it took to get service instead of taking my word. I asked him why he was being rude to the customer and his answer was "you can call Groupon and cancel your order". Never order from this company. Extremely unprofessional, untimely, and unorganized.
