Brian and his crew came in and removed a large mulch bed from around the front corner of my house and graded it with loam and applied seed and fertilizer (shown in pictures). They also helped clear and level a rear section of woods that gave me so much more usable yard space. They were very competively priced and provided quality work. Brian is a no-nonsense hard worker and gets the job done right.

If you are looking for a beautiful lawn then reach out to Brian right away. Don't waste any time and get something on the books. Brian is incredibly knowledgable and does amazing work. We moved into our house a year ago and decided this past summer that we wanted to have the entire lawn redone. We had tons of weeds, bare spots all over, old crabgrass, moss, everything bad for a lawn we had.

We also have septic with the leach field in the front. Brian came and checked out our lawn, gave his thoughts on how they would put down excellent loam and hydroseed. He kept in mind our septic and didn't use heavy machinery which was thoughtful to not damage anything. He and his guys also do irrigation and installed three zones of sprinklers for us. Brian is affordable compared to others quotes we got, is very knowledgable, does excellent and fast work, and will also help you maintain the lawn after installation.

He'll adjust the sprinkler heads, give you tips on maintenance to get the lawn thick, lush and green. He even came and overseeded for us for the fall so we didn't have to. We have had a ton of compliments from the neighborhood and now have a beautiful lawn.

Brian and his crew revitalized our lawn and it looks beautiful. We had a great lawn when we first got our house and then it slowly deteriorated and no one could seem to help us. We went through two landscapers and Trugreen and nothing. We finally got Brian and he immediately was able to figure out what was happening and then out a plan in place. We did everything he said and our lawn is now beautiful.

I highly recommend Brian. Brian (and his over 30 years of experience) does the main work himself not some member of a crew that has who knows how much experience. My yard was a disaster and n ow I get compliments from strangers that pass by. Brian added a 50 foot wall, a new cobble walkway, granite steps, sprinkler system, lighting and new lawn. They all came out great. Brian kept talking about a Dinsmore lawn.

I was thinking sure, sure whatever. Now that it is done, believe me you want a Dinsmore lawn. I think the best thing about Brian is his integrity. While the job was going he asked me for some money for the supplies. I told him I would write a check for a certain amount. He said that is too much and only wanted 2/3 of the amount. Who does that except Brian? Brian was always very good at getting back to me when I texted him.

The job has been complete for a few months now and he still answers my questions very quickly. I had no issues with costs being added on from the contract. There was some additional work I added and Brian was more than willing to do the extra and the cost was very reasonable. Update: it is 3 months later If you are the type of person who gets tired of hearing how nice your yard looks dont use Brian. It has not just been friends, strangers walking by tell me.

Does good work but is a terrible communicator, cannot keep appointments even when clients have $3000+ of work waiting to be done for a a home appraisal. Further he will add on extra work above and beyond what is agreed to and just start billing for it sometimes doubling or tripling agreed upon monthly work costs. Also will lie, cajole and threaten you if he or his people damage your property.

He will refuse to fix it unless you have evidence and even then will act as if he is purchasing your property from you and will demand that he has rights to the damaged property. Will use poor English to threaten law suits when he does not like something, does not understand business, is very dishonest, speaks poorly and is extremely short and rude even when on good terms.
