Maple woods farm condos. Blizzard condition. They have a contract and did a extremely poor job! We have many elderly. They did not shovel most walls. stairs. Piled snow and blocked community mailbox Unit owners pay for this service Most couldn't get out at all Sunday. Shameful. They are a family company. What if their family lived here

I would give this company zero stars but I wanted to post. buyer beware, with snow removal, company is non-responsive.48 hours after the storm and I shoveled myself out. So much for living in a condo and not worrying about shoveling. second time this winter I had to shovel myself out

Buisness is handled quite professionally for the most part. Depending on what type of work is being done for you & Certain Employee's by this company. Other than the owner not being man of his word & Using a Legit illegal Excuse to not need or "Fire", A hardworking Individual & Also hasn't Paid that person for the 12 Hours of hard back breaking work. A company with Their Reputation, Should have sent a check by Mail by now. Or perhaps could be picked up in person.

Good landscaping company worked for them and they have respect for all there workers and customers always do a good job making sure things are done properly no job is to big or to small for them definitely check them out amazing people and the owner John is incredible

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Completely unprofessional crews. Worst quality of work I have ever seen. Tried to talk to them and they pretended they didn't speak English. All they did was take leaf blowers and make a mess all over the property

Chris D couldn't agree more! Owners, management, office staff ALL unresponsive until you've called several times! Then they yes you to death without completing requests or fixing the mess their staff made. Lawn maintenance staff so rude and belligerent in my opinion with the poorest quality workmanship! Leaves blown to end of property line instead of removing.

Lawn and shrubs looked UNlandscaped! The condo owners reported many broken items including downspout extensions, landscape light fixtures, welcome mats, planters, etc. I could go on and on. My experience: Don't be fooled STAY AWAY!

Irresponsible, unprofessional, and rude. So I have now had 3 issues with this company destroying property and taking no responsibility. First time, I let it go. Second time they denied it and I had to have the money reimbursed from the condo complex itself. This time, I have pictures, and I had the regular worker come look at the damage, right after it happened.

No questions about anything, and more proof than I needed. Guess what, I called them 10 days ago, immediately after it happened. Spoke to a rude lady on the phone who said a manager would call me back. STILL no call back, no responsibility, NOTHING. And for the record, first time in my life, I have taken the time to write a review. There are plenty of professional, considerate, responsible landscape companies in RI, I suggest you find one of those.
