Cribbs Landscaping

The last few months have been pretty upsetting seeing Mt Calvary Cemetery and Holy Family Cemetery in such disarray with grass tall as the headstones Headstones not visible due to over grown grass, paths of cut grass from family members of the deceased. This I know for a fact is a big pay contract and this company has failed these cemeteries of their beautification. Shame on you.

I tend to take further action if I don't start seeing improvement like very very soon. Nothings more upsetting then to go to see your loved ones and have to cut your own way through. Shameful

Been having challenges with getting service on the contract basis we have. However Dee is always very helpful and helps resolve things. Will update hopefully when things get squared away.

Cribbs landscaping regularly breaches their contract with us. Please see photos of their current performance. Bald area is where they ran over yard in the winter, destroying our turf and did not repair. Grass is over 10 long and they have not mowed in over 12 days despite contract stating they mow weekly. I have called and emailed this vendor in an effort to work with them and was told they would be on site; only to have them not show up. If you hate grass, nature, the outdoors; want to be disrespected by your neighbors and vendors- CALL CRIBBS, they are the vendor for you!

Recently my Granddaughters and I were staying at a hotel in Bettendorf that contracts with Cribbs Landscaping & maintenance to do snow removal. During our visit their was a significant amount of snowfall and these gentlemen did a great job keeping the parking lot clear. At one point my Granddaughters and I could not get into our car because the door was frozen shut.

We were struggling to get them open and really unsure what we were going to do. When one of the employees of Cribbs stopped and got out of his truck and stood in the cold to help us. He was able to get the lock free and get the doors open and we are very grateful. How awesome that they were not only concerned with the needs of the business that they hold a contract with, but also looked out for the customers of that business!

I wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman but unfortunately in my distress I didn't. So I can only hope he sees this: Thank you so much for your help! Grateful Grandma.

I see a lot of yards. and I am amazed how pretty the grass is where Cribbs does the lawn care. I wish they could come to Maquoketa IA.

For any businesses looking for a company to do all around maintenance for snow and grass work. Look somewhere else I wish I could put zero stars. First off they are terrible when it comes to snow, they do not know what salt is or how to use it! Show up late most nights and do half the work and call it done. Sloppy when it comes to getting the job done. I HIGHLY RECOMENED getting a better built company to take on the tasks you need.

My parents live in safe harbor and cribbs is in charge of snow removal of the intire community and after snowing yesterday and then with all day today multiple people have not got snow removal very poor quality of work they are showing! If they only knew what they were doing! I would not use them for nothing there not there for you when they give you there word and a mans word is everything! Period!

This company has devolved from what it used to represent. It seems to me there may be prominent drug use on properties. Makes one wonder the quality of supervision being implemented. I have seen quality work from a few hard workers, thus evidence of potential to improve. However, if management isn't ethically sound how can they best serve the community and delegate employees with efficiency and respect? It's unacceptable, and I no longer recommend this company.
