Very impressed all around. Had trees planted on property in the fall, ground-level patio this spring. Kurt is very professional, knowledgeable and strikes the perfect balance of being involved/responsive but not overbearing--he cares about the finished product and customer satisfaction much more than the sale. The crew was very respectful and considerate during the week or so they were on site. Looking forward to working with them again on our other projects.

Really over priced. The gift shop is full of dollar tree items.

Excellence! I've never seen a crew more conscientious, deliberate, patient and professional. They were super hard workers with standards to match their work ethic. Very pleased with the service. Employees were very nice and professional. The trees are beautiful!

The actual work was done well, but communication was non-existent. I got a quote the first week of July and signed it the same day, and placed a deposit the next day. Two weeks later after not hearing anything, I got a call saying they were coming in a couple of hours. The crew showed up and almost immediately decided that they did not want to do the work by hand and would come back with machines.

I made multiple calls over the following weeks trying to find out when they would be back but got no firm date. Finally last week I was told it would be some time "early next week". I asked for a call or an email with an actual date but never got one. Today at 7:30am my doorbell rang and they were here. Thankfully I work from home but had to take an unscheduled break to move my car so they could work.

If I didn't work from home or was unable to answer the door I have no idea if they would have gone ahead with the work or if they would have rescheduled again. They don't seem to understand that some of us need to be able to plan ahead!

Make sure before you sign any agreement with these guys that ur estimate says what color mulch they are suppose to put down! To these so called professionals hardwood mulch is brown. When u look up the definition of hardwood mulch it says brown black red and yellow not just brown. They think it means brown only. I ordered black. The man that laid it down noticed it was different and said something and they told him to still lay the wrong mulch.

Don't consider this company unless you want sub-par results. And trying to get in touch with a representative is a mess of voice mail with no return call or"I'll tell them that you called". Evan Meyer does not even rate a 1on a scale of 1to 10. Please look elsewhere. You've been warned!

Meyers was knowledgeable, on time and did everything we ask. I would have no problem going through them again.

They might have been good years ago but they have gone downhill. There are 3 of us they have been ignoring despite spending significant amounts of money on plantings. I have 2 dead bushes and a friend has a dead tree - both of these were planted this spring - and Meyers doesn't reply to phone calls or emails. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

The Taylor Ridge Meyers has lots of problems. Staff does not know prices of plants. Plants are very disorganized. Shade and sun plants mixed as well as perennial and annuals all over the place. No prices posted. Very disappointing customer service.
