Be prepared to manage them. Ask for and receive detailed quotes for all work itemizing labor, materials and all other costs. Do not pay until they complete work. Require them to provide detailed invoices of work preformed itemizing labor, material and costs. They may be unavailable to do your project prioritizing other above jobs ahead of yours. You will have to call them to get them to work on your project.
They will likely not return your calls. Expect that your project may not be completed for months beyond what you planned. Don't expect them to honor their advertised sales prices or discounts.
