Belknap Landscape did a complete, spectacular makeover of our lakefront property. Hard-scape patios, perched beach, amazing landscaping, permeable paver driveway, and landscape lighting. They were very professional, fair in pricing and ahead of schedule. The owner Hayden was a creative problem solver and designer and gave expert advice on plantings and lighting. The foreman Mike was remarkable. Very conscientious and responsive, with a great work ethic. All the workers and staff were very good.

Belknap Landscaping cleared a large amount of overgrown brush, leveled the ground and installed a beautiful stone wall and patio to our lakeside property. They tackled the very challenging permit requirements which was a huge benefit! The sod and plants look amazing! They communicated and guided us throughout the process. We are thrilled with the results and now will be using them for all our landscape needs.

Our entire experience with Belknap was terrific. From landscape design through execution. We wanted our landscaping to feel natural, informal and cottage like for the entry garden to our cabin. My wife and I had a general idea of what we wanted, but Hayden proposed a design with large scale rustic pavers creating a meandering path surrounded by large rocks reclaimed from our property and appropriate plantings.

The design has a perfect balance of natural elegance that we were looking for. I mentioned we were concerned about water in our basement from runoff due to our new addition. Hayden resolved this by adding a perforated perimeter drain with a river stone drip edge, which looks great and works perfectly. All of his employees were professional, collaborative, skilled, and genuinely nice people.

They worked in well coordinated teams. From procurement, to the guys that laid out the grade, selected and placed nice stones, and the planting team all went above and beyond to make a great product. They collaborated with my wife and I throughout final selections and placement of plantings. The whole process was enjoyable. You can see everyone enjoys what they do, which makes a great project.

As an architect myself it is breath of fresh air to see someone in the construction industry do quality work. Also even though Hayden said they were quite busy his estimated start and completion time was dead on, no surprises. I highly recommend using Belknap Landscaping.

Belknap Landscape Company installed steps & a paver walkway to my front door. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. Foremost, the completed project was amazing & exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning the project manager added excellent recommendations to the concepts I had. I had a problem with rain water pouring off my roof, down the incline of my lake-side yard and then into Lake Winnipeasakee. I emailed Belknap Landscaping and got a phone call the next day. Hayden McLaughlin visited my home and we discussed the problem described above. Hayden proposed 2 ways to handle the rain coming off the roof. He recommended that we do the less expensive solution.

Once Belknap got all of the materials needed for the project, they completed the project in two days. The landscapers were courteous, hardworking and asked for input from us as the project proceeded. Now that the project is completed, the rain water off of the house no longer runs into the lake and my landscaping looks better than ever. Every person I encountered from Belknap was professional, extra friendly and helpful. Peter, the tree guys were great! Stephanie and Jeremey were amazing and saved us when we were down and out. They did a retaining wall, a new septic system, and landscaping everything works great and looks amazing. We are forever grateful for Belknap coming to our rescue and giving us the top notch service we were in desperate need of. Belknap saved me when a prior contractor was months over schedule and had incorrectly installed my new septic system and stopped responding to me in the middle of winter. Belknap quickly jumped in fixed all the errors and got my septic system approved all in the dead of winter.
