Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Got a date to have work done. Crew showed up 4 days later. Then left a lot of debris I had to clean up. Will be the last time I use this company. Service: Tree trimming and pruning

They showed up to give us a bid to remove a tree. We hired them and they did the work right then. They were fast, friendly and professional, cleaned up as they worked and got the tree cut down. We were very pleased with them and would highly recommend them.

The price was very competitive. I didn't have to be there for the quote or the service was a huge bonus for me. Definitely recommend and I will use their services again if the need arises. Services: Tree removal, Stump removal, Tree trimming and pruning

The Salesman Mark showed up same day. Very nice person and Professional. He sent a proposal. When i received the proposal, it was the highest cost. I emailed mark, mentioned that i was in no hurry and i had received lower estimates asked if they could do the work more economically at a different time. Here is the curt response from Jeanne, the owner" (See proposal in images) " T & L will not be performing estimate 4103 for anything less than stated on the estimate, at any time. I woke up to a large limb having fallen in my front yard and the street. I called T and L Tree service right away and they had someone come out within a half hour. At the time I called them the tree was still in the street, but some good Samaritans moved it out of the way for me. T and L still prioritized getting that limb out of my yard. Within a half hour of the arborist coming out, a crew was out to cut up the the limb and take it away.

What started out as a very stressful morning became an easily solved problem and I'm so grateful! I've recommended T and L to neighbors and will continue to do so, while of course also using them for my various tree needs. Thanks T and L!

I needed a large tree trimmed back from over my neighbor's garage and another that was threatening my electrical line. T&L came in and took a look and gave me an estimate quickly. I cannot compare their prices to others, but they were worth every penny. They scheduled the work and arrived on time. They have some of the most professional and knowledgeable workers.

They took a look and figured out the best way to approach the situation. I was amazed at how they worked from the ground and inside the top of that huge tree! I didn't realize how big of a job it was until they started bringing down branches. They were friendly, fast and efficient! I would recommend them in a minute! They are about to start a new job for me on a giant evergreen in my front yard. I have a lot of trees on my property and no one else will touch them but T&L.

They did a great job on taking limbs off our oak tree in back. We had 2 estimates for the work and they were both the same price so we went with T&L. They were recommended.

They did a great job cleaning up a bunch of overhanging branches for us. The team cleaned up after themselves and just were great to work with on site. My only complaint is their scheduling/quote system. It was such a headache figuring out when to schedule our service. Multiple calls with no response and then got an email to notify us the day before our service.

Not happy at all with this company. I asked for a quote for tree removal on a property I was purchasing. Even though online it says free estimates, they told me it could cost up to $200.00 for a written report to recommend removal. Then thier own agent told me he'd never heard of a charge for a estimate in writing. The next day I received an invoice for $200.00 that said once I paid they would send a report.?!

This is a predatory company that is trying to make $ by cheating consumers. They were very unprofessional and rude to me on the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor business practices.

Very professional. Came out, we told them what we wanted and was quoted a reasonable price. We were not able to be home when they came to do the work, but we were very pleased with the job. They did exactly what we wanted and there was zero mess. Highly recommend.

I had T & L Tree Service look at a weeping willow in my yard and to give me a quote for pruning and one for removing the stump if I cut it down. The guy from T & L that came out to give me a quote was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me the quotes. One for trimming the tree and one for taking out the stump if I cut the tree down myself. The tree was to close to my house and I decided to cut it down.

I called T & L to removed the stump and they refused. They said they only remove stumps if they cut the tree down themselves. I told him that I was given a quote and it was emailed to me. There was no mistake, I was given a quote to remove the stump if I cut down the tree. He still refused. I am disappointed with this company. I understand they may have gave me a quote in error. But they refuse to fix there mistake. They gave me a quote for service and now refuse to fulfill their commitment.
