Do not use this service. Last summer, we questioned the grass cutter about an area of the yard that looked uneven and asked for it to be gone over. The grass was cut, I was happy with the service, and I continued my service until the fall. This year when I called to resume service ( for the 3rd year), I was told they might not be able to provide service because they could not get my grass "as low as I would like it".
I spoke with the owner Kristen last Thursday and told her I didn't mind the height so she agreed to come out and cut the grass on Mon or Tues. On today, Tuesday, I was called and told they would not provide service because they were questioned about the grass that one time. This obviously did not make sense, so when questioned about it Kristen gave the excuse that the guy who cuts grass for was "offended" when asked to go over part of the yard that looked uneven.
As the paying customer, I thought that was my right to question services I receive. Also, she waited until the last minute to notify me when I could have set up services with someone else. One critique of the yard, which was resolved over a year ago, now I'm being refused service. This makes me feel this decision was racially motivated. This service is unprofessional and the grass cutters are unable to take constructive criticism. You better not question them for the service you pay for or they will refuse to cut your yard. Beware.
