I contacted the company 3 times to receive a quote. After 2 weeks, I received my first call back and I was told someone would give me a call. I never heard anything. I reached out two more times but I still didn't receive another follow up. Very poor service.

Matt and his crew have been phenomenal. Matt especially worked with us to stay within our budget and still ensure our vision (and dream) got materialized. We did have some setbacks along the way (weather) and an oversight on both our parts (but it got resolved), Matt&the crew were committed and delivered a great product. See for yourself in the pictures.

I see the comment from Mandy and I had some delays as well during this period, all weather related. I can attest however that Matt tried to take care of his active customers first, which made it harder to focus on new customers. Of course would have been better to share that with you Mandy, but I'm not sure what communication occurred.

Met in mid October. Matt came out and seemed on board. He never came back to take measurements. Contacted in mid november, he said rain had delayed him. No problem. We waited until late december. Emailed and called multiple times and got no response. It is now mid January and we have been ghosted.
