Michael Richmond with AgriScapes have been a lifesaver in my pool build process and drainage problem. I'm not sure what I would be dealing with if it weren't for him. Unfortunately, I can't even provide a review in regards to their work because they never showed up, or even returned my phone calls, to provide me with an estimate. I called on a Monday and requested an estimate for some hardscaping work around some flowerbeds. The receptionist advised that she would pass the information along to the field representative, and that he would contact me.
A few days went by and I didn't hear from the company. I called them again on Friday and inquired as to the status of the visit/estimate for the requested work; the receptionist stated that she would push the information forward, again. The field representative, I believe his name was Scott, called me and inquired with what type of work I needed done.
He advised that he would be over the next business day to provide a quote. The following day, I never heard from the representative so I decided to call him. He stated that he was having issues at another job site and that he would be over late afternoon; unfortunately, the representative never showed up, nor did I ever receive a phone call back (still to this day). Very unprofessional company and would definitely not recommend to any potential customers in the hardscaping market.

I never leave reviews but what I saw today was just reckless. I was driving behind a AgriScapes truck pulling a FLAT bed trailer loaded with what looked like pea gravel on Kirby Whitten. Little amounts of gravel spilling onto the road as we were driving down. As the interstate got closer, I'm thinking surely he doesn't plan to drive down the interstate like that.
Sure enough, he's on the interstate spilling gravel and sandblasting eveyone's bumpers 3 lanes wide all the way from Kirby Whitten exit to the Perkins exit on Sam Cooper. The amount of carelessness from a professional company for other drivers is unacceptable not to mention this is a clear violation of TN's secure load laws. I have the whole thing on my dash cam if anyone needs proof.
