My parents have been customers for years. Weber's was the only place he would go. Weber's designed the floral pieces for both of their funerals. As I live out of state, Doreen has gone above and beyond for me in so many ways. It is reassuring to be able to have Doreen to count on.

I ordered a flower basket to be delivered to a local funeral home. I has very pleased by how the basket looked. The florist did a great job way better than what I was expecting based on previous orders from different New Britain flower shops.

I have used Weber's Nursery numerous times for flower arrangements for weddings and funerals. All the arrangements have come out beautifully done and delivered on time. No complaints here.

I recently ordered an arrangement for an early morning delivery and found the entire staff more than willing to make special arrangements for the occasion. Not only were the staff very friendly and accommodating, the floral arrangement was very fresh and lasted a long time. I will definitely use Weber Nursery again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a Teleflora Deluxe Baby Block with an arrangement of roses and other various flowers. The recipient received something completely different. A simple blue vase (similar to something you would find at the dollar store) with a totally different arrangement from what was advertised. When I phoned to discuss the error in the arrangement the owner did not approach the issue nicely.

She said her mother couldn't have made a mistake and it must be me who didn't know what I was talking about. She then began to berate Teleflora and told me I should see the product they ship her that it is junk and I should be happy to get the arrangement I did. I have been in the consumer products business for 40 years. I've never encountered a business partner or retailer so rude. The issue was not resolved as she hung up on me.
