We are on our third project with Birch Hill and couldn't be more thrilled! Each time the completed job was even better than we anticipated. Bill is great to work with: listens to what we want, offers suggestions, pushes back when our ideas don't quite match with the NE region :) The crew is wonderful and Vanessa is so responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (and plan to. on a fourth job!)

I worked with Bill on redoing my walkway and steps and pretty much bringing back the front appeal to the front of my house after it was essentially dug up and destroyed. He was very patient, responsive and gave great feedback and was always willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommended this business and working with Bill for all your landscaping needs. My wife wanted our front beds redone to her specification and she worked with Birch Hill to come up with a plan and it came out perfectly! The whole team was professional. They cleared over 40 years of overgrown bushes, plants and especially our rock beds. They replaced the rock with beautiful dark wood mulch and went beyond what they were asked to do and mulched areas that my wife was working on. Birch Hill has done an excellent job with our landscaping projects. We hired them to design and install a garden with bushes and flowers in front of our house and to remove a gazebo and expand and reseed our lawn. They've also been handling our fall and spring cleanups. They're responsive and courteous and they do high quality work. Highly recommended!

AVOID! They are short staffed + therefore, you can wait up to 2 weeks for prices etc. Arrogant staff and owner who refused business when I made a suggestion that they automate their price quotes so that clients receive quotes faster. Short staffed!, inflexible, OUT of date with the modern technologies of customer service, arrogant attitude. LOUSY SERVICE! AVOID
